The front desk woman was very kind but her first question was "Who sent you here? Answered, My contractor. "What's your contractor's name, who does he work with here?" After checking to see that he wasn't in the system she asked me to fill out the intake form and then walked me through the warehouse. She asked me who was paying for the counter tops, me or the contractor. Odd question but I said I was. I grabbed a couple photos of slabs and then we walked out and she gave me a print out of the items with pricing. She also stapled the branch manager's card inside and told me to have my contractor call him even though I was there today to buy I wasn't asked and apparently no one could help with that process other my contractor. There was at least 4 associates in the warehouse then in the showroom taking pictures of items for what seemed to be social media. Way more interested in "likes" than sales, branding is everything, except when your brand is to make sales. Still no one said hello, not one of them asked if they could help, asked if I had questions or acknowledged that I was a customer ready to buy and schedule a counter top install. I'm taking Steve's recommendation and heading to AZ Tile today and then Daltile's showroom followed up with Cactus Tile and Stone. I love capitalism and the free market.

We were able to find granite for 2 rentals in their bone yard which saved quite a bit and had to choose slabs for our last project. The instructions from Elsa for placing a hold on stones we found was very straight forward and scheduling the work was very quick. Pricing is very fair. A very professional business that we will use again and highly recommend.

To date, a year later we never got that estimate. This time there was no home remodel. It was floors. So the owner was incorrect and deflecting. We had a flood in our house and our "remodel" was new floors and some patch work on the drywall from the flood. Two small areas of drywall. No other remodel. For flooring they said could have been done within a week or two. But 8 weeks later with our floors torn up we could not get an estimate to save our lives. If someone is calling you once a week for 2 months about floors and you can't get back to them, that is just bad business pure and simple. Hope the family gets it together for future customers. We've since completed our project by having another company come out, measure and install our floors the same week we stopped trying to reach out to San tan. Go with anyone else.

I was impressed until the install…read more We were waiting on the cabinets to be installed for months. Every time the guy came he would only stay for a little while and then say he had another job. The finished product was not what we were expecting. There were no trim pieces, the cabinets looked unfinished, and the crown molding looks nothing like we expected. I asked to have it changed and was put off multiple times. On top of the issues i stated multiple others arose as well. The designer stated we were buying the built in panels for the fridge and dishwasher, turned out they don't make them. Multiple doors and cabinets were ruined from installation and the guy just handed us this white paint to fix, it only makes it look worse. The most recent was our quartz countertop cracked because the cabinets were installed unevenly. They finally came out after months to fix it, only to leave a gap with showing wood between the countertop and the cabinet now. Overall I am super unhappy with the product and our designer knew this, promised it would get fixed and I would be happy but never followed up with any of the issues I mentioned. I am just annoyed We spent all this time and money on our dream kitchen we don't love.

See videos below. My model was quite simple and there are flaws that cannot be fixed in it. The work has made me sick to my stomach. I spent a ton of money for a kitchen that looks subpar at best. Carlos did not attend to the Remodel, would get upset if we called him to come look at mistakes. He was absent on the job and it was very unbelievable. We had to fire him during the process. He gave us a quote and kept adding more money to it. We had to pay him upfront a lot of money and he owes us money. We had to fork out almost double to get the job finished with someone else. We have asked him to reimburse his money and he has ignored every single bit of communication. Which does not surprise us as he was that way throughout the whole process. DO NOT USE THEM. Watch the videos all the way through if you want to see the horrifying work done. They cut the quartz wrong for my countertop and it was hanging out 2 inches past the kitchen cupboards. They came to my house to cut it and re-fabricated it. What a mess and you can see where they patched it after they cut it down. There's a line that goes through it on the edge. Aweful. On the other end, they had cut it all jaggedly showing jacketed edge and wasn't cut enough to butt up against the casing to the oven. I do have a picture to show how this was left permanently for me to have to deal with.

I am so happy that I hired them to install my vinyl flooring throughout the entire house. The process was seamless. They moved the furniture that was too heavy for me so I didn't have to stress about that. I was going to stay at the house but it was too dusty after all the tile removal so I gave Roman and the crew access to the house. He sent me pictures of updates throughout the day, told me when they were leaving for the night, etc... When they finished the job they cleaned so good that it didn't even look like I had any work done. I was thoroughly impressed. Steve and Jake were also very helpful throughout the entire process and made sure I picked a floor that I absolutely loved. I am so happy I had The Flooring Outfit install my floors. They are a great company to work with!
