Terrible customer service! Wish we would have read the reviews before driving here. My husband and I walked around for 20 minutes and no one acknowledged us. The two employees that were not with a customer were on online and completely ignored us even though we made eye contact. They didn't even bother to say hello or welcome. I would never purchase anything from this store based on the customer service we received today. We are remodeling 4 bathrooms and our kitchen. We will find somewhere else to shop. read more

Unfriendly and wildly overpriced. As many have mentioned in these reviews, literally no one acknowledges when you enter. Wife and I are remodeling a bathroom and walked around for 20 minutes without being approached by anyone. Store empty. Ultimately, we left. Is this showroom by appointment only? Strange. Ferguson's been recommended to us by a couple of contractors we've used in the past. But the vibes are off at this location. Half a dozen employees just sitting around not looking up. If you expect people to pay $700 for a Delta faucet set you could get at Lowe's for $250, at least say hi and hand us a business card. Now, imagine I was willing to pay $40K for a backyard patio kitchen makeover. How would you know unless you inquired about our project? Your loss. Normally I'd think this experience was an outlier, but after reading the reviews I discovered I wasn't alone in feeling invisible. Definitely feel like they discriminate based on age and appearance. Or maybe it's just laziness? Either way, I don't think we'll ever use them for anything. read more

We came to Ferguson for the first time many years ago looking for an upgraded kitchen faucet. That experience was positive with the salesperson being patient with out questions and helping us find the right faucet for us in the finish that we needed. Fast forward and we are back browsing for a few items for our new home. That positive experience so many years ago brought us back here and I'm glad it did. We were greeted promptly upon entering and then allowed to browse and peruse in leisure. We were told by the sales person 3 years ago that we should pay the extra price to get Mirabel bath and shower fixtures, and we did, but since then, despite paying for numerous plumbers, we are still unable to control the water temperature in our shower. Ferguson has been no help. The first call, they blamed the problem on incorrect installation. The second time they had me call their service department who then told me to call the manufacturer for a new cartridge, which I paid a plumber to install. To this day, we still don't have proper temperature control. read more

We are contemplating a master bath remodel and stopped by the Fergusons Mesa location on a Saturday afternoon. The showroom is nicely set up and displays their products well. We were able to browse through a large selection of kitchen, bath, and shower plumbing fixtures. We also looked through their section that displayed bathroom sets which had bathtubs, toilets, and vanity cabinets. There was a nice young man sitting at the desk there who was very helpful in answering our questions, and looking up product specifications. read more

Do not come here if you value your time. They definitely do not. All of the reviews are the same, terrible customer service. Walked in and was ignored for 15 minutes. There was a total of two customers in the store. Asked a woman behind a desk for help, she said she is the lighting specialist and has no clue about shower heads. She said she would get someone, and 10 minutes later came up and said I would have to make an appt some other time. Some shower heads didn't have pricing and I only had a few simple questions, but the only associates in the store were not available bc they were dealing with the only two other customers in the store the entire time I was there, not saying a word or telling me a timeframe that they could get to me. I work in customer service and this store seems to lack very basic customer service based on this experience. Save time, energy, and frustration and don't come here if you want help and a few basic questions answered. read more

If I could give this place negative stars it would be more accurate. Two consultants on a Saturday and you cannot make an appointment. We waited for two hours and no one could help us. When the guy at the front desk, who was nice, was trying to get a consultant to give an idea of how much longer she was rude to even him. While we were waiting we were able to pick out a few things we liked and after doing research online ourselves, we found that it was about $5k we were spending. With certainty, we will not be spending it with them! My advise go somewhere else, don't even waste your time! Run! No seriously, run! read more

I wondered away for about 5-10 minutes and still no one acknowledged me, not even to say we will be with you shortly. Unfortunately, dealing with Ferguson was an absolute nightmare. I went to The Mesa store and ordered two pendant lights. Ordered and paid over $500 on the spot... then silence !!! I had to go bs k to the store for an update ... after three attempts (my sales person never did call me back) I finally found out the lights were back-ordered. My question, why did it take ten days abs several phone calls to find out that these lights were back-ordered. Unbelievable!!! Needless to say I'll be finding a company to order these lights from the cares about paying customers. read more

So, at first upon walking into this showroom I was disappointed, the woman at front desk did not even look up from her desk to acknowledge me. I walked around the store and was greeted by a woman in lighting who was very nice and asked if I needed help, but i was there for faucets. Long story short, I made an appointment for myself and my contractor with Aily Gregory for another day...we met her and it was a great experience, talk about knowledge and personality! She was soooooo helpful, very in tune with what we might like based on just talking to us for five minutes, and had so much knowledge about the products/specifics/etc.. I would highly recommend Aily to anyone looking for a quality experience. BTW we are doing a full remodel of a master bath, big job! read more

I spent almost 50k on expensive thermador appliances and bathroom fixtures and the thermador coffee system was installed incorrectly by Ferguson and it didnt work since day 1. I have not been able to get a cup of coffee to brew out of the unit since it was installed. They threw me over to their warranty department immediately, and they kept scheduling and rescheduling because they didnt have technicians, finally a technician came out and stated that it wasnt installed correctly and the brew unit may be the issue but would need to order it and come back. Months later after more scheduling and rescheduling on their part they came back with the brew unit and determined that wasnt the problem. They then said it might be the grinder and scheduled and then again rescheduled on their part and then when they were supposed to show up a month ago, they said they didnt have the part though they ordered it. Now its been exactly a month and still no word on the part or replacing the unit. It shouldnt take 7 months to resolve a 4k coffee system that didnt work since the day they installed it and it shouldnt take a month to figure out what to do about it. In addition their installers scratched up my cooktop hood and still no final resolution as to what they are going to do about replacing it since they can't repair scratches on stainless steel. I have asked to speak to managers and regional managers and nada. This is what spending 50k gets you. read more

After standing up front and no one acknowledging us for another 10 mins, we left. Still unsure how staff is in a business but not assisting people in front of them. I went on 3/27/2021....so the person complaining about a 2 hour wait....it's MY "Fault"...not the sales rep who helped me that they waited 2 hours...and that in itself is a falsity...it was actually 3 hours. Yes, that's correct...a sales rep, specifically TAI, helped me for 3 hours and literally SAVED the day! We need all new plumbing for our entire master bathroom, powder bath room, and kitchen. She works meticulously to make surest got what we wanted and in an extremely tight timeframe! We would have been LOST without her helping us for those 3 hours. I will ALWAYS go back to Ferguson's and will ALWAYS ask for TAI to help us! read more

We just built a custom home and were sent to Ferguson's by our builder. Almost everything that we picked out, with help from the employees at Ferguson's, I hate. :( The front-entry lights were too small for the scale of our house and we had to reorder larger ones. The Thermador "star" cooktop is impossible to clean and has a very annoying XLO setting. Our refrigerator/freezer is very loud; the loudest I've ever owned. The Delta brushed faucets and knobs that we put in every bathroom are horrible!!! The rain shower heads dribble out a tiny bit of water, and the finish on all of the knobs and faucets got indelible water spots from the moment we used them. :( I have tried every cleaning method (and we have soft water), but the finish is just not meant to get wet, apparently. It seems that all of these issues should have been basic knowledge to the staff of Ferguson's. Apparently Ferguson's only recently branched out into more offerings, according to our builder. They really need to train the staff better and make sure they have knowledgeable enough employees to steer customers away from bad or inappropriate products. As I said, we are very disappointed with most of the things we ordered from Fergusons. :( read more

Rude employees. That's the theme of my two visits to this location. Perhaps it's different elsewhere but at this store, these women will immediately judge you based on how you look and act accordingly. I came in both times in my regular clothes (shorts and flip flops) I'm a younger guy and I'm not rich but I can afford anything in this store no problem. Both times I was pushed off and snarked at by the different employees. Melissa was the only one who was nice to speak with but I will take my business elsewhere, there are plenty of businesses that offer these products and services and they won't make you feel like you don't belong in their store while doing so. read more

I had a issue with getting a refund credit on a credit card. Returned items to the Mesa store on 1/7/20 . Called Ferguson in Phoenix on 1/13/20 was told refund was processed and the issue was with my bank. Called the bank on 2/17/20 and was told that there was no refund issued. Called Mesa store morning of 2/18/ 20 left a message with the manager, called back around 4 pm, was told she was in meetings all day. Called Ferguson corporate office the next day. Got a call the next day from Mesa store. Was told my refund was at the store and if i hadnt call it would of just sat there. Was told my refund would show up 24- 48 hrs. I shouldnt of had to wait over a month and a half for my refund. I was misinformed by someone that doesnt know how to do their job and with attitude. I had no issues with Payge the sales associate, she was thorough and knew her job. If i ever do a remodel again I will buy fixtures elsewhere. Will not go with Ferguson again. read more

Just visited the Mesa store looking for pendant lights and a large ceiling fan. Walked in and Nilda (receptionist) was sitting at the desk. I was not acknowledged until I pointed to a fan and asked if it came in different finishes. Her response was "I think so" as she returned to looking at her computer. Taking that hint I continued on my way as I looked at all of the pendant and chandelier options and took pictures of ones I was interested in. I then returned to the front to inquire again about the fan and she was not at the desk. I waited for her to return and as she did an older couple walked in and she through herself all over them offering assistance, water and to get them a consultant. SERIOUSLY?? Was I invisible?? Now I am not young (mid-30's) and yes, I was in yoga clothes post workout but still, I have never been so completely ignored in a shop like this. I approached her to get her name for this review and she snobbishly said, "Do you need something??" I politely replied, "just your name for a review of your customer service abilities"! read more

My husband and I came to Ferguson in Mesa to get a microwave that was not available from a local appliance store due to the current supply chain issue. After browsing around the store looking at other items we asked an associate (Luis M) if he was able to answer a few questions we had. He was friendly and even made the extra effort to ask his installer a question for us. We were still in need of several kitchen items, we sat with Luis and he helped us set up a Ferguson/Build.com account and walked us through the process of creating a project page on the website to add items we were considering for purchase. Luis has helped us narrow down our choices of products and since we have purchased a sink, faucet and beverage cooler that took extra work for Luis to track down. Best thing, all items were in stock and shipped for free directly to our home! Luis has be a pleasure to work with and has made our remodel less stressful. Dominique was wonderful to work with. We initially went in to the showroom and got no help. We had a follow-up with our contractor and he recommended we contact Dominique, working directly with her. We made an appointment and it was efficient plus she was prepared and a good listener to what we wanted. Call in, ask for Dominique and you won't be sorry! Walked through the door and was given a hello by the woman seated at the front desk. Without looking up, she asked how I heard of them. I said I found them online. She sent me on my way to search the store for the products I was looking for and not once in an hour of entering the store did anyone offer assistance - although it was painfully obvious that the older customers shopping with their partners easily received attention. (1 employee did ask me if I wanted a water while she was getting some for another customer.) As I was leaving, the woman at the front again said hello (as if I was a new customer) & upon seeing my face, gave an audible "Oh..." I asked where ice makers were located and she pointed around the corner and said, "There's a working one over there and in some of the other kitchen areas." Wouldn't it have been nice of her to GET UP & show me?? I'll also add that I wasn't dressed up today and wore no make-up to hardware shop however, I need 3 different sets of shower hardware, a new dishwasher and was pricing refrigerators and cooktops on this visit. Although it shouldn't matter, I have the potential to be a very good customer due to my home improvement needs this year yet I was made to feel like I didn't matter at all to anyone in the store. I'll be going to the Scottsdale showroom next to see if it's a company wide snobbery or just the Mesa store. read more
