The T shirt design, albeit simple, had very deep meaning and the short timeframe made it very difficult to find a shop to accommodate my dire need. Hiller's came through for me printing out over 30 shirts within a matter of days. The Shirts came out great and everyone wore the shirts with pride as they made it through the finish line feeling a sense of accomplishment but humbled as we knew the deep meaning behind the shirt related to my best friend who just the previous week lost his daughter after a 5+ year battle with Hodgkins Lymphoma. I then called and spoke to Thea that confirmed she got the order but what i ordered wasn't the loom but an extension of some sort. she told me they sell those separately which is fine but then why didn't she respond to my email and refund me? She said she would refund me but never did and never responded to my emails and when I called again a very rude person said she was just too busy and it would be another week. I had to contact my bank and get them involved. I don't think this is the way to operate a business but just know I will never order from them again and let the buyer beware with their terrible customer service.

I was told they were there forever so I gave them a shot. The work took three times as long as they said it would take. The place is very dirty and messy. My order was very expensive for the quality of work. I didn't want to pay for the shabby work but had to. I recommend going anywhere, I mean ANYWHERE on the planet except for here. It's sad to say but it's that bad. Sometimes you gotta know when to hang it up, or get someone else in there.
