Well not sure how this company gets good ratings. I've called 4 times trying to buy a certain product and I keep being told person who has knowledge about this is not in we'll call you back. We are a small company and wanted a bid to have some patches made, sent the artwork, the specs, to Craig, and he just completely blew us off, even after I emailed and asked several times, but no response. If they only do large volume on items, they need to say so upfront, and stop wasting my time, profoundly unprofessional. Blazing stitches apparently has no interest in small business. At Midwest Monster we had the Blazing Stitches crew do our trade show uniforms. They did a great job of the screen printing and the pullovers were top quality. Great locally-owned place and they do everything in-house so you know it's getting done right. I was worried we'd left it too late to get things done, but everything was no problem with Blazing Stitches. Have been using this company for 10 plus years for t-shirt and hat orders for a couple of different companies I own. I have ordered both embroidery and screen printing. We do small orders and they give us a good price. Just as good as any I have seen online and we get to deal with some great people locally. I get lazy sometimes and don't get a price up front but they always do right by me. read more

When I found out that our game jerseys would not be ready for the Jamboree, I had only a few days to get jersey numbers on our practice jerseys. I called 3 different places, who were all too busy that weekend to take the job. Blazing Stitches was also too busy and closed on Saturday, but owner Chris felt for my predicament and agreed to do it. I dropped them off in the morning and was able to pick them up at 4:30pm! Not only did the Jerseys looked great on game day, but they had put the numbers on both the front AND back for me! I will never recommend this business to anyone. This is the most unprofessional and unethical business that I have ever experienced. I took my two chef coats in the begging of July. It took more than 3 weeks to get the coats done and when I went to pick them up the logo was in the wrong spot ruining the look of the coat. They did not do anything about it... Except to apologize and offer not charge me for the awful job the did. When truly I did not longer wanted the coats that they ruined. What a profesional business should do is to replace the merchandise that has been damage by them. What a POOR customer service. read more
