Photo attached, taken on July 4th, the day after. My hair was fried from HOURS in bleach. The color was inconsistent. I ended up crying on the floor of Target to buy bleach just so I could have something that looked close to normal. I had to chop off 6 inches of hair and give myself bangs because of the sheer volume of fried hair. It is several months later and I have spent close to $2500 trying to fix my hair. The ends are still crispy and break off and my hair is barely chin length. Of note, he barely wore a mask the entire time. He also left bleach in my hair while he went into the hallway to argue with a girl who took a photo of him doing hair without a mask. He also commented on my husband who is of Chinese descent something to the effect of "I love Asian men! They are like f*cking a dolphin because they are so smooth!" He also kept sneaking in the back to take shots of vodka so pretty sure he wasn't sober most of the time. These are just the highlights of the experience. Suffice it to say, I will not be going back and I would not recommend this business to anyone I want to remain friends with.

My schedule is always a little rigid so them accommodating me on the same day was amazing. The location is on the bottom level of Dillard's in the Southwest Plaza mall, has no idea this gem was there! I got a deep conditioning treatment and a blow out with Brandi. She is absolutely amazing! First a relaxing scalp massage with nourishing oils, then a shampoo, condition, condition again with even more scalp massages (my absolute favorite!). My hair looked completely different before she even dried it - shiny, soft, untangled, and moisturized. The blow out was fabulous too, she sectioned off pieces of my hair and dried each individually (some places will try to dry it all at once and go back over, and I end up looking frizzy). She should be ashamed but this is actually her SECOND time scamming a business. I think jail time is appropriate now. What could improve yelp asks? Treat employees fairly, don't play favorites. Don't take away services that I sold, and try and let someone who hasn't even taken the approved course or doesn't have a certification do the service just cause they're your buddy or you're trying to promote them. Don't take away a client that I obviously make them happy and upgrade, then give them to someone else. that's how you lose clients and you then have to shut the doors. You can't just shuffle clients around whenever you want to. That's Spa basics 101 and how clients get upset. But oh yeah, you're a narcissist so you don't have feelings and you don't care, that that's why no one's paid and left jobless. Oh, and next time buy real machines that actually work so people come back. Then take advice from real licensed professionals. You obviously didn't care about people skin.

I made an appointment for balayage highlights to avoid the harsh lines of foiled highlights and came out looking as if no color was done AT ALL. I told her that (1) I wanted lots of blonde put in my dark brown hair, (2) I wanted the highlights to begin pretty close to the roots, and (3) that my hair doesn't bleach easily -- she would need a stronger concentration than she'd expect. 90 mins of color processing later and I look NO DIFFERENT than when I sat in her chair. I don't have strong blonde highlights anywhere and the only color I have on the tips were from 17 months ago -- the last time I managed to save up the money to have my hair done. Keep in mind, she will TEASE and tangle your hair as part of the "dye" job. Having it combed out again after the wash was incredibly painful. Again, the cut is amazing, but I paid to have my hair colored blonde again and got nothing out of it. It's hard to cope with saving up, managing to find kid-coverage, and driving out to Littleton all for nothing. She's very sweet, but Natasia will do what she wants to your hair and it may not be what you asked for at all. Very disappointed. I can't speak for any of the other stylists but do NOT see Natasia. You'll regret it as I do.

Had a wildly awful experience here today. This person at the front desk was Incredibly…read moredisrespectful and dismissive, with no communication skills. I asked for this person's name and she refused to give it to me or let me speak to anyone. Just immediately "get out of here, you are not welcome, you are banned." Ok, that's cool. It was however wild how much she escalated the situation. So then I am outside leaving this review while the memory is fresh, on a public street, and this oddball has called security. I wasn't aware that I wasn't allowed to be in front of the place on a public street, this was odd and a little humiliating. I asked if I could speak to someone, they refused, I told them to take care and left. Good riddance then! The reason for the conflict is that they scheduled me with somebody specific and told me they would call if there was an issue with the scheduling - and when I came in, it was a completely different person (Emma) who had SMELLY HANDS (just came back from lunch, apparently) and didn't seem to know what they were doing. They then tell me they'd try to find someone else only to come back with their instructor who immediately started painfully pulling my hair and taking out my hair clips (I was wincing, she ignored it) without first asking for consent to touch me. At this point I was befuddled by how communication could be so sloppy and smirky and passive aggressive in an industry built on rapport, so I went to the front to try to reschedule or resolve only to be completely dismissed and disrespected by whoever that was working in the front. This person was either incapable or unwilling to participate in any comprehension or problem solving, and decided to be incredibly nasty about it. This is who represents this place, I guess. I've had a hit or miss in this facility (some great cuts, some awful ones too, I'd say this place is again, sloppy at best) and unfortunately today it was the last straw because while students are learning, there is no reason to disrespect someone and be dismissive.
