Sonna is so great to work with because I can communicate with her through text and she does a great job with color! I wanted an ashy balayage that looked pretty natural, and she was able to achieve that. I liked how she also added dimension to my hair so it looks like I have a few different natural colors in my hair. I found my new hairstylist!!! I called Monique desperately on a Sunday she fit me in the next day. It was my first time to the salon. I just found the salon on Yelp. For the first time I did box color on my hair. My mom did it for me it turned out horrible. It came out black and Splotchy. I was so embarrassed and needed to get if fixed ASAP. I booked my appointment with Monique online a few weeks ago, and revived two reminder/confirmation texts the week leading up to it. When I arrived, Monique asked if someone else could cut my hair because she wanted to leave early due to a family event she forgot about. I agreed, and had Emily cut my hair. My hair is very thick and can be difficult to work with, so having a new stylist can be tricky. However, this was the worst haircut of my adult life. Ashley saved my hair!!!! I have always taken really good care of my hair and loved treating it right, but I also love color! I have been going to Ashley for years after being disappointed by stylists that couldn't help me get my hair where I wanted it. When I wanted to go blue, or pink or silver Ashley can dye and style my hair in a way that keeps it healthy and super long and happy. When I want to go for a beautiful natural blonde she pulls it off better than anyone else. She's also treated my hair with Brazilian blowouts and the works. My hair is longer than it's been in 10 years and very healthy. The best thing though is that Ashley is knowledgeable enough to help me understand my hair and what really works and what won't. Ok so I've been following Crystal around for years and this spot is by far my favorite! The sparkly decor and delicious champagne made my first cut and color here awesome! And my hair. My hair. Crystal as usual listened to exactly what i wanted made sure i kept the length ive tried so hard to grow yet still got rid of the dead dryness. She turned my old baylayage turned ombre blonde hair into a gorgeous chocolate brown. She made sure it was perfect even taking the extra time to fill my hair in, which was a new process to me, so that all my hair was the same delicious chocolate brown from the roots to the (now) healthy ends. All the girls that were there were so friendly. I had Megan do my brows while I was there and I've been going to the same lady (who I love) for ten years so I was nervous to get them done by someone else but I was so stoked with what she did! The tint matched my new hair color perfectly and I have to be honest, the shape she created is the BEST shape my eyebrows have ever been. I look so good and I love it!!! And her hands were so soft! So, as usual, I plan all beauty things and massages last minute. I took a chance and called the salon to see if there was any openings for a haircut tonight. I desperately needed a color but knew it would be too late to schedule that. I booked a hair appointment with Alexis and when I walked in she asked if I still wanted to color and said she would be willing to stay late for me. I arrived at five for my appointment and we had a very intense color correction in front of us but she still offered to do my hair that night. We were there until after nine after our four step process and my hair came out amazing. And we simply had the best conversation and the price was so reasonable. Amy she is good with color correction for light blond and red hair but she can't do dark hair; what happened that I saw their work on yelp especially Amy's work and I liked it.. I went their to do trimming, new color and eyebrows wax.. she did very perfect trimming and totally different color than what I asked for.. she didn't explain that the color And balayage I chose wouldn't work with my hair cuz it's been colored in dark brown #4.. she explained that after I shocked with her work results she could tell me from the beginning and I wouldn't do it.. so let me say money money money especially she said I have different price than you've been told on the phone.. but she was fair and give me free trimming cuz I was very upset about my hair.. she kept following me by texting and she really cared about my hair and offer me to do it again free.. I came back and she did again totally different hair but I liked it and she brought me a brassy hair shampoo I thought its for keeping my hair as the same shade she did but the surprise was when I get home there was a lot of orange hair and not even color in the back my hair become dry dead awful looking.. I appreciate her help and how she kept in touch with me but all of that was because she knew she did a big mistake with my hair.. because after 2 months I texted her to do trimming cuz I liked her work in haircut and forgave her for the color cuz it's just happened but she said am fully booked until April after April came I texted her again she didn't reply.. that was really rude so she tried to not let me come back or even she doesn't like to do anything else for me because I was honest and told her my hair orange and she offered another time to do it but I refused.. I wrote a good review first but when I saw my hair second time I deleted it..she did my hair wrong twice and damaged my hair totally after a year of working on it to be healthy. the eyebrows waxing was for the first 2 hurs red and fine then a lot of acne showed and that was the first time.. all what they said sorry maybe because of hormones changes in postpartum which wasn't the case. They just screwed my anniversary vacation Be sure to choose the correct hairstylist there in general I don't recommend this salon read more

Transformed my hair from a worn out red hair from a boxed dye to a vibrant purple hair all in one visit. I am very pleased with not just the result, but also how professional and yet very friendly service. I came here for a haircut for my daughter and the owner was SO NICE I decided to try and come myself to touch up my balayage . I had the WORST salon experience of my life. Hands down it was awful! The hairdresser (Liza) did not at all listen to what I asked for when I was very specific on what I wanted and did not want. She literally told me she knew better and was going to do it "this way". Because she has 9 years of experience. Um, ok? Even the stylist next to her made a couple comments trying to stand up for me! But my stylist just ignored her and did her own thing. The results were terrible. I am going back to my original stylist and paying double to fix this mess. I could go on and on. I really feel terrible, because I think based on my experience, it was this particular stylist and not the salon in its entirety. Maybe it was a bad day, but I'll never be back. read more

I will be returning for color, I have seen her work on both men and women and she does such a great job. Ashley cut and colored my hair back in April, and I really liked it. I would have given her four or five stars then. But I went back for my summer cut yesterday, and she refused to do what I wanted her to do. And gave me one of the worst cuts of my life. It just looked stupid, so I went to Supercuts and got it corrected to the wedge type cut that I had originally wanted. She said she didn't know how to do that. And the place was just a zoo, with a baby in the arms of another customer, and a cute little dog that Ashley was feeding potatoes to, and the stylists talking to one another about personal stuff. She barely gave me the time of day. Maybe it's because I'm a senior citizen and not gorgeous like their other customers, I don't know. But I won't go back, ever. read more
