I noticed that my first few visits with her trying to find the shape/size that works best. She is flexible with her schedule when we are running late and I have accommodated flexibilities as well. I know I have been late to appointments. When she has a cancellation or finishes earlier than expected, she will let the next client know in case we can come earlier.
