Called again he said that they were here and that they would be downstairs in 5-10 mins. Also asked if I wanted to make an appointment or just walk in. I told him I was already out front so I might as well just walk in. Went around the corner and came back and still nobody was here. Wasted 2 hours waiting for somebody to open the door. And nobody is still here as I am writing this review. Says they're open until 6. Sad to say that I will not be back to this place. No hours or phone number is posted anywhere on the business either.

I walked in and immediately noticed that it was dead and dull. The place was not clean at all and everything looked super outdated. The lady who took us back put my daughter in a regular chair. Don't you go here to put your kid in a cute kid car while they are entertained by a movie/TV show? I asked to be moved to something more entertaining and we did. I have to admit, that for the first time ever, my daughter was not happy about getting her hair cut, so it wasn't easy but these people are trained to deal with this kind of stuff right? Of course! Negative! Look at the picture I posted of my daughters hair. $ later we walk out with a jacked up cut, a balloon and a sucker. I'll never come back here ever again. I could do better myself

The private tech I normally see was booked and I needed something for the next day and I should've just waited it out. It's a humbling experience going from one back to the other. Update One week after: one nail popped off. My nail beds are so thin from how rough she was filing them down/over filing. Will more than likely not be back again. My friend and I were visiting the area and could not find a place to get pedicures at the last…read moreminute. This place excepted walk-ins, and put us down for 1 PM when we arrived. We waited for about 40 minutes, and we were both taken back and given our pedicures at the same time. The pedicure felt great. I don't normally get pedicures, because I am terrified of getting a fungus, And it had probably been five years since my previous pedicure. I upgraded to the spa pedicure, that included a salt scrub and warm wrap, it was nice. My legs were cool and tangling for about a half hour after pedicure. I wasn't as impressed with the paint . I had a crack in my toenail and asked if it could be taken care of, and they said they would fix it with powder (a man told me they would fix it, and a woman who gave me my pedicure), but they never did. They also didn't use a basecoat, which isn't the end of the world but I always use a base coat so the polish holds better and so when I remove my polish, it doesn't discolor my toenails too much. The salon itself was clean and bright, and appeared to be well ventilated, which are all very important. All of the staff were courteous.
