She consistently reminds you of your breath work and why it's important. Membership can be on the pricier side but it's the only workout I know I will stick to.

Class wasn't interrupted by front desk answering phone or greeting a member like it has been at other studios. Plenty of space to store your stuff during class. Studio was also clean. Music was good and at a good volume. Equipment was in excellent condition. Class was just challenging enough for a Level 1. Sometimes I'm worried it'll be too easy when I go down a level (I'm experienced with Pilates), but it wasn't too easy. I'll be back here for more classes!!

Showers are nice, water is a little all over the place with the temperature. But good pressure. I wanted a place with good showers and free coffee. Hey, it is the only thing that motivates me to go. Sometimes, in the past, they have brought out the Ribbit floating obstacle course, which is tons of fun.
