All experience levels and all fitness levels. There is no right or wrong posture at The Yoga Garden. You don't have to be "good at yoga" to get the good from the yoga at The Garden. It's about showing up, focusing on your breath, taking amazing yoga classes with phenomenal yoga teachers, amongst a community of kindhearted and loving individuals. All of the amenities are top-notch. An absolutely beautiful studio that is always clean and comfortable. The studio is easily accessible with a beautiful outdoor space for mingling after class. Quite a bonus is free ample parking; hard to come by in this community. If you're looking for a place to get the most amazing practice, that one hour of time for yourself, even if that means just lying on your mat and focusing on your breath... this is the place for you.

I understand the heat was turned off due to it being summer but the room was almost chilly with barely any sweat broken by the end of class. The teacher was ok minus her wanting the students to take the complex sequence on their own. IMO, a student is paying to be told what the sequence is while doing it instead of having to remember what you have to be doing. It also surprised me that they do not offer towels nor cold towels at the end with it being a "hot" yoga studio.

There are showers as well as lockers for storage as classes sometimes are 90min+ . Wide variety of instructors which I always value. I've just started my second month and the rate is 130$. They offer towels, as well (I've never taken one, though) and easy sign up through the mobile app. I have noticed the temperature during class between seasons can vary, which is very important to me (bc otherwise it's just regular yoga, which isn't worth 130$) so I am a stickler. Classes during the weekend are very packed at times (earliest being10AM) . I prefer sessions @ 6AM during the week. Hopefully they begin offering the same time over the weekends. TLDR; worth the cost (ONLY if you stay consistent and go x2-x3 a week) . Sometimes teachers will make tea post-session. All around decent vibe. Clean facilities. Always has body wash. Small parking lot. I have not sensed any weirdness at all (sometimes is an issue at studios w heavy culture) --That's what it's about ! Would recommend to someone w a frequent practice

Let's just say I've never been an early riser and I find myself setting my alarm for morning classes. Even the students are all so wonderful and encourage each other on. There's something about my classes where I leave feeling relaxed, standing straighter, and feeling more confident about myself. With their introductory prices, you really have nothing to lose if it doesn't work for you, but if it does, even the membership pricing is extremely affordable compared to other studios.
