Neither the "missing" screw nor the riser plate that is its proprietary mate work on the camera we used. There was no amount of looking or proving that it had been returned by whomever had used it before on their part, just the assumption that we didn't return something we didn't use. if you're planning to use this company (and I would advise against it), INSIST that they scan EVERYTHING BEFORE you take it and after you return it. I have no doubt that this has happened more than once. Quite honestly, $26.50 isn't going to break the bank, but it's the principle and the lack of scrutiny of their own practices.

I believe her name was Cindy or Cathy (my apologies if I got that wrong!), and she was incredibly helpful--she let me know it would take a couple of days, and right on time, three days later my negatives and prints were ready for pickup. About a week later, I went back--still kicking myself for not grabbing the full OM-1 they had in stock (it had already sold!). Chris was amazing and took the time to walk me through other options. Thanks to his knowledge and patience, I left with an OM-2 and a Canon Sure Shot, and I couldn't be happier. First time user of Nations Photo Lab. I noticed the issues others stated here and I will agree…read moreabout the deletion of uploaded photos. I could never find how to do so if there was a way. I had already created my book and was hoping to upload a finished PDF but it seems that wasn't an option. So I did a workaround with fingers crossed, I placed finished JPGs and it seemed to workout! As part of doing my due diligence, I ordered the same book from 4 different vendors. All had a basic good quality but Nations Photo Lab stuck out the most. Their picture quality was head and shoulders above the rest. The others tend to print on the darker side losing detail. That was number 1. Number 2, the velum sheet was a great added touch to the project. None of the others had that. Number 3, I loved the way it was shipped to me. Not only was it placed inside of a cello wrap, it was also wrapped inside of another slightly padded paper with a seal. As a graphic designer, I tell you it's the little things that get me. Finally number 4, as a nice personal touch, there was a personal note with an incentive discount for the next purchase. I'll be back...Well done Nations Photo Lab!
