The Brazilian is a mix of hard & soft wax and goes by pretty quickly, obviously it's not pain-free but definitely a good experience as far as overall comfort goes. Not great customer service, overcharged…read more I would not recommend Sweet Nectar Shop for any first-time waxers. I visited a couple weeks ago as part of my bridal plan, so I scheduled four different services, including three waxes and a facial. I ended up adjusting my package to three of the four services while I was there due to my tolerance with waxing. Upon leaving, the shop STILL CHARGED me for the service that was not provided. I kindly requested to remove the charge and the store would not. I ended up talking to the owner, and she said she would get back with me about refunding my card, and I never heard back. I hope this shop reconsiders their policies and how they treat first time guests. I will definitely not give my business again, nor recommend it to anyone. I have also talked to other friends and they have had much better experiences with intimate waxes at other locations, I would look elsewhere.
