My daughter and I came in last Friday to get our nails done. By Sunday, all of my daughter's nails had already fallen off, and by Tuesday one of mine came off as well. I went back to have it fixed, but by the following Sunday two more of my nails had come off. When I returned to the salon to show them, I was told the owner would contact me later that day -- but I never received a call. When I phoned the salon myself, I was talked over rather rudely, so I asked again for the owner to reach out. To his credit, he called me back within about 20 minutes, apologized, and offered to refund my money and have both me and my daughter come back in for another set. I went in 15minutes after the call and had a horrible appointment. I then asked for a receipt for my refund and the lady at the counter told me no. I called the owner back standing right there and he said he would get me my money back tomorrow (still waiting). I wanted to follow up after our phone call, so I sent a text explaining: During our conversation, I was standing next to Jennifer (nail tech) and in a room full of people, so I didn't want to embarrass her. However, I still feel I should be honest -- I'm not entirely pleased with how my appointment went. First, the nails are not the shape I wanted. As she was finishing the first one, she said, "I like this shape." I continued to let her work, thinking maybe I'd like it once it was done. Then, once her next appointment arrived, it felt like she rushed through the design -- and unfortunately, it looks rushed as well. I do appreciate the owner refunding me -- that was thoughtful -- but I think this will have to be my last visit. My daughter's nails turned out great, but I don't feel comfortable continuing to spend this amount of money for results that are unpredictable. Unfortunately, I'm again left with nails I don't like. I'll reach out tomorrow once my refund has been completed. I truly appreciate the owner's willingness to make things right, but overall this experience showed me that this salon just isn't the right fit for me anymore. I am NOT happy! read more

I was really excited to try this new to me nail salon. Unfortunately, I don't have a chance. I made a day of appointment for 1:30. Checked in and waited in the lobby area while looking at colors. I found it interesting that even though I was using regular polish they still had the sample colors to look at. I was escorted to my chair and offered a bottle of water. The pedicure water was so hot I couldn't put my feet in it. She turned on the cool water and walked away. When she came back the water was tepid. No bubbles. Just tepid still water. There were 3 people doing nails and 2 of us waiting in pedicure chairs. At 2:10, I was not able to wait any longer to start my pedicure. So I said, I need to go. I was told they would start now. I had allowed myself an hour and a half for a manicure & pedicure. I declined and said I didn't want it rushed. I am curious as to who would have started my pedicure since one employee had just started on the person next to me and the other 2 we in the middle of services. I will not be back. read more

I'm sad to write this because I use to love coming here. I got a fill on my nails and the tech did them in under 15 minutes. He completely missed filling one of my nails and instead of fixing it he just painted extra thick layers of nail polish on top. He also continuously filed my skin with the electric file, which caused burns on my skin. I left with clear nail polish all over my skin and nails that have 10 coats of nail polish and burns all over my skin. They look awful and I will have to go get them done somewhere else to fix this mess. Went for a mani/pedi date with my sister and from the moment we walked in we should've turned right back around and left. The staff was judgmental from the get go, making sneer/smug comments. The quality of the rendered services was extremely low, they didn't even soften our heels during our pedicures! My manicure was awful to the point where I just paid and left, when I returned a couple days later to inform them that it was awful when I got it done I just didn't have the patience anymore, they insisted that I messed up my manicure although you couldn't even tell I had just gotten one. 10/10 will not be spending any more money or time at this establishment! read more

I came in for a fill. Crystal started the process and Tom ended it. They both did such an amazing job on my nails. The atmosphere was relaxing and the place was very clean. Prices are decent and everyone was so friendly. They care about your nails just as much as you do. They were very attentive and concentrated for perfection. I'll definitely be going back. This is place is GEM! I almost forgot to mention, you get points every time you go there. I'm not entirely sure how it works since this was my first time, however I'm sure with a point system it's like rewards or discounts. read more

I went to Signature Nails with my friend yesterday and what an 5-star experience it was! At first glance, this salon/spa is top of the line in every way. Clean and sleek look, modern minimalist decor, all of the latest equipment and technology, and calm relaxing music playing rather than ten tv's going on full blast. My nail tech Van was pleasant, attentive, and friendly, but not overly chatty, which I personally appreciate, so I will definitely request her again. This is the fourth nail salon I've gone to so far, and it's by far the best one, and their prices are very reasonable. My nails turned out perfectly. I had Van do a shellac fill-in on my acrylic set, and she did such a good job. She listened to exactly what I wanted, and she precisely executed her work. My friend's nails turned out beautifully too! It was such a relaxing uplifting experience after a long day of work. I'm sort of hooked, and I can't wait to go back there to have then brighten my day again! read more

Came on Friday with a friend to get dip nails done. My friend had a nail break within 10 minutes of leaving the salon. They did fix it immediately for free. On Sunday she had another nail snap. I got chrome on top of my dip and my chrome is already peeling off, on Tuesday. read more

After i got my nails done here it looked like i could have went back in for a fill. They never prepped my nails just started adding tips on. They do GREAT work. Don't get me wrong but if you go a lil long on a fill (longer than 3-4 in my experience) they will put a new set on you, not the biggest deal BUT they do break them NOT SOAK AND BUFF (some might but they LOVE getting a new set on me and each tech I've had did not soak. Resulting my nails to crack and bleed.) I commented on how often I needed a new set at this salon (seriously, I shouldn't need a new one if I go a month without a fill) and Crystal acted like it was a whole lot of my problem . Last time I had to have mine removed my nails were flying in other customers hair wish I was kidding. Called to make an appointment on a Sunday. Receptionist said there was wide availability and scheduled us for 4 hours out for 3 people for mani pedis. We arrived to the salon within 5 minutes of our appointment time. The person who helped us asked our group of 3 to come back in an hour! WITH AN APPOINTMENT! No apologies or attempts to make up for their error. Needless to say will not be back and do not recommend this place, terrible customer service. read more

Pretty shop. But I went in for a fill and the application of the acrylic didn't even cover my whole nail. It's only been a week and all of my nails are lifting due to poor application. The cost for a fill & French tips were $60. Not only are they lifting, the French tip itself doesn't look good. There's no lines going down the side of the nail, just the very tip of my nails. I didn't feel like correcting him again after having to doing it multiple times. It was a pretty simple request. Due to the layers of gel polish on the tips, my shape is no longer square. Almost more like duck shape nails. Poor quality for such high prices. read more

I never write reviews but I think I said "no worries, it's fine, I'm not picky" 15 times during failed attempts at an airbrush ombre application but when I gave sincere feedback I was told I was "insisting" against their recommendation. The only reason I said I wanted dip was because I've gotten colored ombre done before at a different location and it was done with dip. I wasn't told this couldn't be done at this salon until after many failed attempts and was never offered a different application option. I was very patient and felt bad for the lady when I finally asked her, "Is this your first time doing this?" and she said "Yes". Everyone was very kind until they started acting like I was the problem. There's nothing wrong in my book with saying "I'm not confident in doing that" but don't make it your customers fault when you over promise and under deliver. I ended up with mismatched designs as a "solution" for not being able to do the ombré look. read more

I've been to this place twice and both times my nails were rushed. The acrylic on my nails were bumpy and the nail polish was bubbly. I got gel both times and the second time on day two of just getting them done the nail polish chipped. The lady that did my nails didn't even check to make sure my nails were all even. I normally don't leave negative reviews because I just like to give people the benefit of the doubt but I feel like this time I have to say something. My 4 year old daughter, my friend and myself came to get our nails done and MANDY was the tech that "helped" me. She was not friendly towards me but kept making conversations with the client next to me, she would barely answer my questions and in a rude manner. but two of the main things that really upset me was how she tried to discipline my 4 year old, she had no right to tell her anything, she wasn't being destructive or bothering anyone she just wanted to sit on my lap but it was MY job as her mom to tell her if she couldn't sit on my lap, number two can you just look at how horrible my nails turned out? I know she didn't put any effort because my friend got a fill ( which Hers turned out amazing) and I got a full set and we were done 30 min before her.
