I've also gotten my hair colored before by Nicole and she did an amazing job, I just think looking back on it that the color wasn't for me. But she's great for blondes. Everyone there is always super friendly and seem genuinely interested in getting to know me. I usually have a different person each time and they all have been super kind. I was told only after the stylist was over half way done with my foils, that they did not carry the color I asked for. They had another light shade i couldve built off of to get me to where I wanted but she pushed for darker blue. I said a small portion of dark mixed with the blue might get me closer to what I wanted but I still wanted it light. I left with a dark teal because I didn't want to go any darker and make it hard to go light again.

Stacy has been doing my hair for years and it's as if she takes what I want to do right out of my head. She'll take time to talk me through her plan and my options. Every step from highlights to wash to styling is comfortable. She'll make an extra effort to ask her clients if they see anything they want to change, or if explain how to recreate a look, or walk through the products needed. They also have refreshments and one time one of the employees added me to their breakfast order because they were ordering it to be delivered soon. It really feels like a tight-knit salon where everybody cares about each other. I have never had any issues with lightening my hair before. And to get charged $195, for this?! My balayage for my wedding was way cheaper and MUCH better looking than this (different salon). I'm disappointed to have to write this review but even more disappointed that I'm stuck with this hair. This was after the stylist had two tries, used toner and "let the purple shampoo sit" in my hair for some time. I wish I would have known how bad it looked in the back and with natural lighting before leaving. Management has still not contacted me after I called the store and left my information. Update!!! After getting in contact with the salon manager/owner, she refused to give me a full refund but offered to fix my hair herself. I did get $60 back, and agreed to come in for a 3rd attempt. This experience was MUCH better. The owner, Amanda, was able to take out the brassy tone and blend the colors so it's no longer blunt. While it's not exactly the color as I wanted, it is SO much better and I feel like I got my money's worth. Also another stylist, Brandon, was super nice and styled my hair perfectly, making sure to inform me on the products he used in my hair. From the minute I was seated in the chair I was made to feel that it was an inconvience for the staff that I walked through the door. The first words spoke to me were, " you have a lot of hair and you will be here for at least two hours for a cut and color." I replied confirming I understood it would take a while and that was ok with me. The employee looked frustrated as if she hoped I wouldn't have my hair done. She walks away, comes back and tells me we will have to do a strand test for coloring and that will take another hour. Once again I say that's ok. She leaves and comes back again. This time she tells me my hair looks to damaged and she can't do my hair. I leave in total disbelief regarding what just occurred. Point out period, she did not want to do my hair. In 15 years I have NEVER been treated this way at a salon. My hair is just beyond my shoulders and is in healthy condition. The reason I know this is because I scheduled another hair appointment at a different salon and I asked about the condition of my hair. The stylist told me your hair is in pretty good condition and just needed a trim. I got colored n cut as I always do and left another salon very happy. As a business owner I treat every customer as if they are the single most important person. Sorry for the long post but this salon needs revamped in regards to their staffing.
