I go see her on average every 4 to 5 weeks. Here are some tips on keeping your lashes beautiful longer. -Do not get them wet for the first 24-36 hours. That includes: in the shower, sweating a lot, and crying. -Do not rub your eyes! -Do not pull on your lashes! If they are bothering you, feeling poky or if you feel like something is in your eye. Brush your lashes up and down gently. -Brush your lashes daily, this will help remove loose lashes and debris -NEVER put mascara on your lashes -Keep your lashes clean and free of makeup -I sleep on my side, so I try not to let my lashes touch the pillow. I had to travel quite a bit at the end of 2015, leaving me scrambling to find random eyelash refill places in various cities and states. I ended up getting a few BAD refills from other places leaving my eyelashes DESTROYED! My bottom eyelashes were WAY longer than my top lashes... which there weren't many of. I went to see Kathryn 2 weeks ago, who refilled my lashes the best she could, which was way more than I thought she'd be able to do.
