I was frustrated, still dealing with pain, weakness, and limited mobility, and felt like I wasn't getting the attention or guidance I needed for real recovery. So I reached out to Ryan and within one session, I felt a tremendous difference in my shoulder mobility, pain and strength. He took the time to actually understand my injury, explain the recovery process, and gave me workouts and movements that helped strengthen my shoulder safely and effectively. It's been a week and my shoulder feels so good I am able to move shoulder almost at full range! I have known Ryan for almost about 20 years. The first time I had gone to Ryan I had gone to him about knee pain. I used to wear knee braces because my knees would lock and he helped me strengthen my legs so that I no longer use knee braces and after training with him I have never used knee braces again he showed me the fundamentals of working out and great form and ever since my form is great and it helped me shaped my athletic abilities. I highly recommend Ryan to anyone recovering from an injury, from shoulder to knee issue, someone looking to perform better in their athletic sports or simple as weight loss journey. Ryan's knowledgeable and patient approach made a huge difference in my recovery journey.

I have also been a ballet and fitness instructor since 1993, ride horses and take Dressage lessons so even at 58 I'm pretty strong in my core, arms and legs. Try balancing on an 800lb animal and telling them what to do with your legs, arms and core at speed. I retired from teaching ballet in 2025 but still teach my advanced ballet dancers Progressive Ballet Technique which is a combination of ballet conditioning, Pilates and Physical Therapy. I was super excited to just become a student enjoying inexpensive Pilates group classes on all the equipment. I have arthritis in most of my joints but know how to modify. I enjoyed several classes that didn't aggravate my arthritis and I was pleasantly a bit sore in my muscles the next day and felt great. Ian is fabulous. Then I took a class where a trainee was allowed to teach few exercises. They messed up constantly with explanations and breathing. They demonstrated a roll up lying on the box with their knees bent then letting their feet drop to the floor to create counter balance to allow them to roll all the way up. Then expected the class to do the same thing on the mat which was completely impossible to do for a level 1 class. Even with my abdominal strength I couldn't do it because I have a long, muscular upper body that doesn't counterbalance my short legs in a bent position. It took all my self control to keep quiet. Then I took a class from an instructor who boasted about being tough and everyone dreaded their classes. Way too full of themself but sweet and caring. I let them know about my limitations and that I knew how to modify. But a modification doesn't work when you hit the same muscle group for over 10 minutes in parallel, then 2nd position, then in first position for way more repetitions than traditional Pilates recommends. My knees gave out during and after leaving the class, so badly I couldn't walk down the stairs outside the studio. The next day my muscles weren't sore but it will take some time for my knees to recover enough to take another class. I had to cancel classes I had signed up for to recover. There is a Pilates/Yoga studio just a few doors away from you owned by a Physical Therapist. My highly trained Pilates friend works there. So after my 3 month discounted payment plan is over I will pay a lot more and go there. I would only recommend your studio to people under 40, already physically fit with no injuries or physical limitations.

I'm there 6 days a week at various times and there hasn't been one session that I had to wait more than 5min for equipment or couldn't get the workout I go in for. And I'm in and out an avg 1.25hrs. Idc about cleanliness, I guess it's clean enough. I mean I go in to sweat my ass off so yeah I mean whatever. Service staff, I'm not getting bugged daily w/ msgs and calls about referring friends or getting a free 30min workout with a certified trainer. I don't talk to anyone there but all the regulars seem chill with each other. It is a small gym and it is kind of cramped but everyone's super respectful of your space and not hogging equipment. There's actually a lot of equipment for how small it is. Probably, the only thing I miss from my old gym is the TBar row and the seated dip machine. I could just be simple, but still as a daily gym rat I'm pretty happy coming here.

I followed up and no email was sent to me again from corporate. Even though I cancelled I was charged for another month and I had to dispute the charge with my bank. I was sent emails later a balance was due but I know I cancelled and was not going to pay for something I took care off. I am now warned I am being sent to collections. I am writing this review so it can be know that if you cancel it will be a pain.
