Well how could I when It was dark outside and no natural/ good lighting. She refused to fix my hair after over charging me for it in the first place. Normally for something like I did it would cost no more than $200 (I dont have much hair and it isn't long, not to mention my hair was already light) she charged me almost $400! And refused to refund me any of my money. I highly DO NOT recommend Morgan at all. Save yourself some money and go to someone else! UPDATE: I reached out to the owner and she was so helpful when it came to this incident, she apologized and sent me to Emily to have my hair fixed and Emily was amazing! So....I began with one stylist but that gal left. So I had a new gal. First cut went well but this stylist who said she used to cut for people in Hollywood seemed a bit odd. I dismissed it My second visit I was sitting in the lobby. She's doing coloring on a gal. She kept looking at me as it was now 15 minutes into my appointment. I didn't care because I had the entire day (retired but still enjoy working at my pace) so thought I'd approach because the other employees would just walk by look at me never ask why I was there so long. Made me feel awkward. So I walk towards the gal, she asks what did I need. I asked if I needed to come back or wait longer. She says, "I saw you, you can wait or come back another day." I was shocked...I went back to sit in the lobby. Others heard this but no one walked over or assigned to the desk. They would just look over at me. I got up a few minutes later and left. Sat in the car wondered why? I called my wife (who works from home) and shared my experience. I said we will continue our search. I called that night left a message for the owner detailing what happened. Left another message a week later because I thought the owner should know. NEVER heard back. I guess us riff raff are just not good enough. Anyhow we drove by this salon the other day and I'm suspecting it's one of those places that just caters to customers who grew up here. Take care!!!

I stopped by the salon the day before just to ask about a consultation (I didn't see her, the receptionist just told me that Tera will do the consultation), and within 30 minutes, Tera called me and left a voicemail letting me know she had an opening the next day.
