I stopped by the salon the day before just to ask about a consultation (I didn't see her, the receptionist just told me that Tera will do the consultation), and within 30 minutes, Tera called me and left a voicemail letting me know she had an opening the next day. I really appreciated how proactive she was. During the appointment, she took the time to explain how each treatment works and how to space them out so my hair stays healthy. Prices aren't too extreme for a haircut 50 to 60.00 depending. They do ask for a tip when you pay, I think that's tacky. I know how to tip and if I am happy with my hair experience I will leave one. Nice building, lots of parking. Beautiful shopping area. Easy walk-in salon if you aren't requesting a specific person. Of course friendliness varies person to person, as is life. One stylist was very personable and friendly, one seemed stuffy and arrogant. I'm still searching for a great stylist. Good luck out there.

The other ladies seem to be pretty popular also.
