I started FBBC late last year and have lost over 12 inches all around, over 35lbs and this is only half way to my goal weight. I LOVE how this program inspired me, pushed me, and showed me how to put more love and dedication towards myself like I never in my life have ever done. Che is not an actual instructor and I'm shocked that EOS even allows this person to teach yoga. These are the type of people that make the yoga community look so bad. & to add, idk when this gym stopped caring and not fixing their cardio machines in the movie room. The colors really complement each other. They also have different weight options, exercise balls, some mats available, stretch bands etc. For the grand opening they hosted 3 classes for the community. They had charcuterie cups, mocktails, different vendors and sign up specials. The owner, Samara, is so kind! It looks like they have a wonderful little community going on here. Parking is also not too difficult. She definitely gave this place a beautiful makeover. :)

On 6-13-19 he said was changing hours cut out 8am since im the only one there most of the time, he asked if i could come in at 7am, 12pm or afternoon i said NO, then asked again if could ad 7am my son said no and was RUDE to my son. That is off limits! He is ignores me most of the time, even EX-CROSSFITTERS can verify, has an attitude when i come in at 8am since im the only one there. I go in to workout, glad i can still move, he never waits for me on warm ups, even my sons notices it, has been going on for a year, i talk to everyone there say hi to them and never give any problems! One, why is no record of his business after a year? Well i will call the city of Riverside on Monday and find out, he is RUDE, HAS AN ATTITUDE, with me unless they are his FRIENDS which i can name but wont. He always cancells 8am to do personal stuff and expect me to go in at noon, or closed down for a wedding for his friends! WHO CARES, were not friends with them, shouldnt punish other people who pay and never give problems. Many have left because of his attitude and mouth and easy to verifty. Besides him fighting with owers opening up a new business, everyone can verify what i am says.Proffesionally and Personally not let this go! AGAIN RUDE TO MY SON OFF LIMITS! This is such a great place for kids to learn jiu-jitsu. The atmosphere is welcoming, positive, and encouraging, and the coaches are amazing. They are patient, supportive, and do a great job teaching both the skills and the importance of discipline. You can tell they genuinely care about the kids and want to see them grow. They only opened up in December 2023 and I joined them in January 2024, but it has been a good 4 months. A lot of people are white belts, but everyone has been super chill. We don't wear color rash guards to announce our rank, so I feel like that's been a good thing. At my old gym, if you were a colored belt, everyone would go balls to the wall to try and beat you. And given that you were a colored belt, you felt like you had to defend the rank. Maybe it was just me. My jiu jitsu game has improved a lot since joining this gym. My offense for sure has improved and my transitions have improved a lot. I now understand why 10th Planet players are so fluid and dangerous from any position; they train it every day. Pro-tip: Morning classes are where it's at! Coach Jorge and Coach Genesis are dope. They are knowledgeable and great at providing guidance to help you take your moves from a 5 to a 10.
