Came to this studio recently to try yogalates and the core & glutes class on grand opening day! Yogalates was such a GOOD burn. It was a really good flow. Also, the studio is just so nice. The colors really complement each other. They also have different weight options, exercise balls, some mats available, stretch bands etc. For the grand opening they hosted 3 classes for the community. They had charcuterie cups, mocktails, different vendors and sign up specials. The owner, Samara, is so kind! It looks like they have a wonderful little community going on here. Parking is also not too difficult. She definitely gave this place a beautiful makeover. :) read more

I've been looking for something like this since I moved to the area a year and a half ago. I tried club Pilates but never felt welcomed there and also felt like the value for what I was paying was not worth it. I've been so happy with my trial month here and will definitely be signing up. I had been wanting to try this gym for a couple of years, but I felt nervous & scared about "being the new girl" I finally tried it! I recently signed up for their 30 day for $30 and really enjoy the 5am classes. I feel safe coming here, lots of parking, everything is kept super clean and nice variety of equipment. Classes are not too packed, plenty of space to move. Definitely challenging workouts but instructors are welcoming & supportive. T3 just feels like home. The women are all so welcoming. I really appreciate that you are always greeted by a friendly face that works hard to learn their customers and check us in by name. There is really something for everyone at T3. You can amp it up with RIPPED or T3 Tone, or slow it down with yoga. I have seen lasting results through the transform program. I've met wonderful kind people and I get a great workout everytime. I was plugging away at the gym. When COVID struck my gym closed down and I was left walking around the neighborhood. I was bored and unmotivated. On a whim, I decided to try the 30 for 30$ and I was hooked! I am a thicker ex athlete who is riddled with old injuries. If I am unable to do a certain exercise, the instructor will work with me to modify the exercise. This modification allows me too do the exercise but will still provide me a terrific workout. So if you're thicker or if you have injuries do not fear T3, it truly is a place for everyone. read more

I originally joined T3 because my A1c was out of control and I wanted to work my way off of my medication. I started taking classes regularly and then joined the Summer Transform class, a four week program for people to target their fitness goals. Rikki, the owner and one of the Transform instructors listened to my goals and worked with me to get them met. My A1c is lower and I'm actually excited to go to classes multiple times a week. I've met amazing people who are encouraging and care if I show up or not. This is an amazing place to get your body moving and to make new friends. read more

I have tried many ways of working out from yoga, to traditional gyms, to personal training and T3's group style classes have been my absolute favorite! I tried this gym for the 30 day special that they offer. My previous gym was a bit of a ways away after I moved. I really loved how sweet and welcoming everyone was, and the fact that it was a gym for women! The classes were fun and really worked for all levels. While this gym didn't offer the flexibility to accommodate my schedule and didn't provide opportunities to really just put my headphones on and ride a treadmill like I had enjoyed at other gyms, I thoroughly enjoyed how kind everyone was, and how it really felt like a community. It may not have been the right fit for me, but I truly recommend giving it a go if you're looking for something new and personal! T3 is great! read more

I recently started working out at T3 and I can honestly say that it has provided me with the best fitness experience I have had. It not only provides me with the accountability that I need to workout, but it provides such a non-judgmental and supportive environment for me to exercise. There are a variety of classes throughout the week and each of them encompass a whole body workout. I just moved to Riverside from the Los Angeles area & was looking for a SAFE space to call a gym. I emphasize the word SAFE because now a days there's so many gyms out there looking for ppl to fill spots instead of motivating ppl to feel good. I found T3 Fitness & loves that they were close to me, the hours they offered, & the amazing deal they had for new members. I attended for a month only because I later found out I was pregnant (first trimester was tough). But can not wait to go back once baby boy arrives. The atmosphere in each of the classes I attended were amazing! From the instructor to the classmates, everyone was so encouraging & supportive!
