They didn't have a jacket for his school in his size and were not expecting one until the fall - I don't know how, but she made it happen. She worked with the school athletic director for the student to receive his letter early so it could be ready for embroidery. Ever since I first saw the Stitching Station, I knew that I wanted something from there. Our daughter was visiting us recently and we all went to the mall. As we walked by the Stitching Station, I told her how I wanted her father to get me a personalized sweatshirt. Then she had an idea. That day, I was carrying an old canvas bag, which she hated. She told me that she will get me a personalized canvas bag as an early Christmas present. We went in and chose a bag. Then she went to the counter and told the young man working there what she wanted embroidered on it and asked how much it will all cost. The bag itself was $14.99. With the personalization, the price before tax was $40. I was amazed at how detailed the personalization gets. Not only names but what color hair and eyes each "kid" would have. I let her choose everything. After paying, she asked how long it would take to get it done. The young man said 2 hours. She told him that we were going to have dinner and will come back afterwards for the bag. Sure enough, the bag was done and waiting for us. We were both very pleased with how it came out. Our daughter was also pleased because this meant that I didn't have to use the old canvas bag anymore LOL! And I have to admit---the bag will last longer than a sweatshirt and can be used all year round. Since we had a very positive experience here, I would recommend using them if you want personalized embroidery on an item.
