Came In for roots touch up and cut by Sarah I believe her name was, I thought everything went great I even left her a $40 tip however when I got home I looked at the mirror I was in shock how much grays are still in my hair all over the place I'm in shock if you did roots touch up and also cut afterwards did you not see how much gray you left out ?!! In addition I had an allergic reaction (redness itching blistering) to the dye around my face even my ears, so I later found out it was caused by the ammonia in the dye that was used, and I thought ammonia was banned years ago !! Obviously all the dyes went on my face instead of my roots - that made me wonder if she had any type of training on coloring Needless to say when I went back to the store I was not offered an apology, from the reactions of all the hair stylists there it seems like it wasn't a big deal of what happened to me and it is very common, no apologies was ever given period I was speechless the work ethics shared in this salon Among the stylist At the end I was offered store credit or re coloring I said no thanks I don't need to take another chance using your store credit and as a certified hair stylist did you not know repetitive extensive colorings thins out your hair ? I was in search of a hair salon near me that specializes in extensions since the place I went to originally did a sloppy job applying my hair extensions to the point where my tapes would show and the application wasn't done good to the point where I had 10 extensions come out. Fortunately, I stumbled upon this lovely place where I was able to make a same day appointment. At first, I went to the wrong location based on the website, but after redirecting me, they still took me in and worked on me. Nicole is such an amazing stylist. She didn't make me feel bad for being lost/late and she was being funny through the whole time which lifted up my mood since I kinda had a bad week. She also works in a good pace and took out my remaining extensions in my hair and reapplied them along with blending and curling my hair at the end in all in one hour. Wow! My hair looked so much better and she applied the extensions really good where I don't have any sticking out or one side has more extensions than the other. I loved going in and getting my extensions tightened just so I could say hi to everyone. Her prices are ridiculously competitive, the wide-variety of extensions are great quality and she is very flexible with her scheduling. My colorist, Ashley, is a magician. She has tackled turquoise-on-black extensions and later took me from the dyed-jet black to a soft ashy bronde in under 3 hours. As someone who changes her hair often, the salon environment is a make-or-break for me, and I absolutely adore everyone who works there / don't mind sitting while my hair processes because everyone is just so dang great.
