The other instructors and receptionists are also very kind and personable, they never meet a stranger.

I have only been attending the studio for a few months, but the owner has been very unfriendly and rude towards me, and my friend who I brought as a guest even commented about the owners attitude. She has never been welcoming, no matter how friendly and kind I am toward her. The pilates classes are consistently the same, lacking creativity from the instructors. There are blocks and various types of equipment available, but they are never utilized! Despite the classes being waitlisted, there are instructors in the studio taking up space while paying members are unable to attend. I will not be returning to this studio.

The space was decorated with cute quotes, plants, and motivational notes. Everyone had cubbies for their shoes and other belongings. Restrooms were available. We were all provided black yoga mats for the class. Puppy yoga was so much fun! The class was set up as half of the time dedicated to yoga and the other half dedicated to the pups. Emma, our instructor, was very friendly and lead us through various beginner friendly poses. The puppies for my class were chihuahua mixes. All of the puppies were adoptable. It felt nice knowing a part of the proceeds from my ticket went to the puppies!

For starters, it is a gorgeous, impeccably designed space. It is calming and welcoming, & every interaction - from greeter to teacher--was warm. The yoga room is lit by candlelight & heated with infrared technology. As someone who found the heat of bikram to be kind of suffocating, this infrared heat truly (as advertised) felt like sunshine. The studio does offer classes of varying degrees of difficulty & experience, but my experience was with the fully-guided primary Practice Flow. As an introduction, I am as far from a yogi as Saturn is from Earth- years of sports have demolished my joints & overtuned my tendons, & I can hardly touch my toes (& the use of the word "hardly" is generous). As such, I was somewhat intimidated to take my first free Practice Flow at Practice Saturday morning. I was worried everyone in the class would be incredibly flexible & amazing & bend circles around me. & honestly, if there was a third party watching the class from the ceiling, they very well may have been! However, throughout the entire class, I did not even notice. Class at Practice is truly a personal experience. You become so tuned in to your own body you do not find yourself searching the room for inspiration or competitors. The room is filled with encouragement & light. It challenged me & awakened a love for yoga I never knew existed. Tommy -the teacher of the class, & studio owner- is fantastic. He is encouraging & takes the time to correct form if it is lacking. He was positive the entire time, which, as a far from perfect perfectionist, I completely appreciated. If you prefer not to be adjusted at all, there are cards available at the front desk that you can leave on your mat & indicate such. The music was great - not overpowering.
