She makes you feel really comfortable and knows how to push and help each individual person she teaches. Class sizes max out at 4 people so you get a lot of constant individual attention and feed back. I go to the same classes and she is constantly mixing it up for us. There are multiple class options, however, my favorite is Barre because I feel like the workouts hit every part of my body. I feel so much stronger, and confident about my body than I have in a long time, especially as a woman in my 50s. I love the loud music and the overall vibe--it makes it fun (I often just want to dance lol) and keeps me motivated. Each instructor brings her own vibe and energy, which makes every class different so it is NEVER boring. And you are so busy trying to keep up with the moves (because you are not in any one position for very long) that the class zooms by and you are already finished with an amazing work-out! Boom! Their class schedule can get booked, but people do cancel within the last 24 hours...so the waitlist options helps. Within 3 sessions with Alane I found noticeable relief in my pelvic floor and lower back and I was able to carry the adjustments I learned in training not only into my workouts but into my daily life.
