Later I had someone resurfacing a bathtub and they didn't seal the vents. It caused a mist of paint to get on a very nice Ethan Allen bedroom set. Kelly's had to redo the headboard, footboard, dresser, chest & nightstands to get the mist of paint off. It was a lot of work and a reasonable price for the extensive job. It's a great place to have quality work done.

I'm giving Barnett's Art and Frame Gallery one star because they were, at least, open on a…read moreSaturday. However after looking at their itemized estimate for framing and comparing it to the estimate from the business I wound up leaving my picture at I'm debating taking away that one star. Here's why. Drew @Barnett's gave me a $205.87 estimate for replacing the outer wooden frame for a 38 x 29 inch picture. No matting, no glass, two week turnaround. I then took the picture to Mr. Frame It (on University Blvd) for another estimate (always a good idea , people: second, even third estimates) and got an estimate of $145.12 including tax! Same picture with very similar replacement frame and a one week turnaround. Needless to say, Mr. Frame It got my business. (I would've shopped around for a third estimate, but didn't want to risk doing damage to the picture's glass.) Upon returning to my car I then looked closely at the estimate from Barnett's which I'd initially shoved into my pocket. He charged $144.72 for materials, $24.41 for labor....so far more expensive than Mr. Frame It, but okay. THEN, an additional $22.38 for "SPECIAL LABOR"??? Yup! You can see it yourself....I've attached the written evidence. So, to Drew @ Barnett's Art and Frame Gallery, SHAME! SHAME! SHAME!
