I always check in on line BECAUSE I thought they wanted me too!!!! Here lately IT DOES NOT MATTER!!! They make you wait because someone checked in before you!!! So they say? Why bother then!!! Then you pay a higher price for a higher llevel bed and then place you in a lower level bed for the higher price ? Tonight I was told I had a bed (which was highest level) which I pay ALOT to use MONTHLY and then after being told I was next it was actually taken AWAY and then I was told that I could wait 20 more mins !!! Or take a lower level bed!!! Boy did they cash in TONIGHT FROM ME!!! This has happened to me several times but never like this !? I was given a room and was actually walking into it and then having it taken away!!! I am so confused and ANGRY!!!! I have been a client that has been there from the start in Ft Wayne and it seems no one seems to care!!! No loyalty No Respect!!! I scheduled my appointment on September 12. Found out the next day I had to go out of town for work for several weeks, not knowing when I could reschedule. I called Monday September 16th and left a message explaining I needed to cancel. Followed up September 19, day before the appointment to confirm it was cancelled and it was not. They will not reimburse me and I only have until October 12 to use the sessions, which will not work for me. So I asked for a credit for a single tanning session and was told their system does not work that way. Which I know is not true. Bad business. Ester just sold the business, good luck to the new owner.

They provide a wide assortment of lotions and moisturizers at various price points, tanning packages, and six levels of beds. All beds and eyewear are thoroughly sanitized between uses. The beds are really clean and you can tell it! They are completely clean of residue and after you get done using it it even says "Dirty" on it so the beds cannot be used until they are cleaned again. When you leave there you do not smell like other nasty lotions. The first time you go you get up to a 10 minute session for free! You get a better quality here, by far, for a really reasonable price compared to other places here in town.

The girls working had no clue how much 1…read moresession would cost but eventually told me it was $30 and that signing up for a membership with the current deal they had going on would be cheaper and that I could cancel whenever I wanted. The spray tan looked awful. This was not my first spray tan but the first 1 I had at this salon. I went in today to cancel my membership and was told that I could not cancel until after my first billing cycle. I was never told this when I signed up. The sign on the door says cancel anytime! I was never given a copy of the information I signed so there is no way I can look at that to determine if it says anything in the document about this. I would never recommend anyone go to this place.
