Sometimes companies should care or act like they care. If you make an appt. to drop off a pet and they provide you with the incorrect information shouldn't a wrong be corrected. My dog is my best friend, who trusts me to make sure he is cared for, when I leave him somewhere for grooming or care. I tried out this groomer yesterday for the first time and while my Baby looked ok upon initial pickup, and I even asked the girl working the front counter how he did, once I got him home, I found a cut in one of his ears. My buddy has been with me for over 10 years, and I get him groomed about every 8 Weeks. I have NEVER picked him up and discovered a cut or nick any other time. And the fact that they had to of known that they cut his ear, but not mention it to me upon picking him up, really pisses me off. I sure as heck wouldn't have tipped the young groomer $10 had I known she injured my dog! So essentially I paid $75 for my dog to be hurt and abused. Not OK read more

All the staff at the Pet Resort were so careful with my foster dog Maya. They all were very caring with her as she was a rescue dog who I boarded there for 3+ weeks. She loves them all! A shout-out to the Kennel Manager Leah Sutton - who cares about all the pets there and was so helpful to us. and DEBBIE MOYNIHAN - who kept me laughing and eased my worries. ZARA MARINO who is so organized and caring. and TIFFANY DELGADO who also is very caring toward all the animals and keeps the place clean and running so well. I did not come across one staff member who does not care. Testament also to them all that Maya loves to go back into her kennel after her walks. A quick update with just a few specifics, since I really can't woo-hoo the abilities of these groomers any more than I already have in my previous two reviews: The groomers and facility have moved across the street (they are now in the same building as the veterinary office): 16119 Stuebner Airline Road, Spring, TX 77379. Access to the groomers can be either through their own private entrance or from an entrance (through a hallway) directly from the vet's office. Like usual, care of my dogs and quality of their cuts is superb. A day at the "spa" results in a nicely trimmed, clean and beautifully fragrant dog. I continue to go here for many reasons, but the primary reason is because the entire staff does a wonderful job on any dog (no matter what breed) I bring in. No BONES about it! read more

We are new(ish) customers here and so far, have been pretty pleased. We get our golden retriever groomed, usually by Shane and he does a good job. When we ask him to groom our guy a certain way, or pay closer attention to certain areas, Shane obliges us and does a great job. Our pup leaves smelling wonderful, with a soft coat and a great haircut. The facility itself is very well kept and clean, with a friendly staff who is patient with a dog who can act like a baby sometimes, or decides to throw a tantrum when he doesn't want to be groomed. They're a little on the pricey side, but my dog is double coated and weighs 90lbs, so I'm not complaining about spending the $85-$90 to get him fully groomed. If I had to complain about anything, it would be the drop off procedures. I prefer setting an appointment time knowing that my dog isn't waiting in a cage all morning to be groomed. But so far, taking our pup here to be groomed has worked out well, so we're fine with overlooking that minor "complaint." read more

Dr. Corona is absolutely the best. The front desk staff & the Office Manager is personable and friendly. Every time we take our girls in, they come home happy. We recently had an incident with our "older" boxer. They saw her quickly and communicated well about her issues and what was needed with the follow up. Even though their ultrasound tech was out, they called around to find us a place to go and communicated every step of the way. I wouldn't hesitate to take my girls there any time. read more

On a recommendation from Mary V. on a forum thread, I tried Stuebner Airline Grooming this week for our two pups. They did a great job! Both dogs are not the best about going to the groomer, especially somewhere new, but the front desk staff was very patient with them. One pup just needs a bath and nails, and came out smelling great. The other has very wiry hair and sharp nails, and needs a full groom. Without much guidance from me (I don't really care how his hair is cut), they did a fabulous job with him! It was the best cut he has ever had and even his nails were better than usual. We will be back! read more

These guys are terrific!! I have been taking my pups there for about 15-20 years (before they moved to their new building). I do not worry about my pups when they are with these folks. We have boarded there many times and the pups have always been groomed there. The groomers do an outstanding job and the pups always come home looking and feeling great!! read more

Hour of operation for grooming is crazy. We all have to work for a living. Try having hours that allow for early drop off or weekends. Not to mention short and Kurt associates. I recommend going somewhere else !! read more

We have been clients of the grooming shop for over 15 years. We have always been able to trust the staff with our precious dogs. In her last few months, our senior dog received loving kindness, as did we, when she passed. We now bring our dogs to the attached pet hospital, but our previous vet asked where we had our dog groomed. She mentioned she knew Darci to be an excellent groomer and was glad we were taking her to a place she where she would receive excellent care. This place is awesome. We had a terrible experience at PetSmart not surprisingly they injured our dog. We were worried how she would react going back to a groomer and chose steubner-airline from reviews and attached to our vet. The staff is amazing. Very friendly and knowledgeable, they know what they're doing. This is our new regular place to go, they did such a great job and pricing is reasonable. Very impressed with them. Very disappointed with the service we received when boarding our 2 dogs. We were never given clear charges. We provided all the food for our dogs for their special diet, no discount. If you board more than 10 days, no discount. If you pick up after 1:30 you get charged for another full day. I called and said I was on my way, yet waited and waited, and them calling back 3 times before our dogs were brought out. When I spoke with them today, I got the answer "the girl who checked you in doesnt work here anymore" They seem to be all about money, money and more money. Dogs and customers seem to be 2nd on their priority list. read more
