So I contacted Dennis tree service to have an area that I already cleared. I needed the brush removed and ground graded and ready for seed. While they came 4 weeks after initial start date. Hoa disturbed them and needed approval for clearing. After dealing with hoa for 8 months I got consent to continue. Seth and the main office have treated me like a joke for reaching back out for them to create a new estimate to finish the originally started project. I've made numerous attempts to contact office where I'm informed I'll receive a call back within 10 min. Days go by no calls. I've left voicemails inquiring what would be the cause of this disrespect to receive apology's and reaffirmation that someone will be in touch. After no one is in touch for days this same process repeats, which leads me to believe that my buisness is more or less just a joke to them. Caution: Unpredictable Scheduling, Property Damage & Zero Communication…read more Communication was poor from the start with Affordable Tree Services of Ohio LLC. After accepting their quote, I received no updates, confirmation, or scheduling notice for 2 weeks. I finally had to reach out and ask if they were willing to take the job. Then their crew showed up unannounced to perform the work. During the job, workers dropped a heavy log onto my brand new concrete driveway, causing a major structural crack through a 5'x8' (72 sq. ft.) panel. Company representative Torie acknowledged the property damage and the business's liability in writing via email. However, following that initial written admission, the company completely stopped communicating. They have ignored all repeated phone calls, voicemails, and emails for months, making zero effort to coordinate or fund the necessary concrete repairs. Because of their refusal to resolve the damage they caused, I was forced to file formal disputes with both the Better Business Bureau and the Ohio Attorney General's Consumer Protection Section. Be extremely cautious if you hire this company. Expect zero scheduling updates beforehand, and do not expect them to take responsibility or maintain basic communication if they damage your property.
