Had full yard service with Papi's for maybe 8+ years. They took the service over from another…read morecompany. Up until around 2025 everything was fine, I went years and never even had to contact them, then 1 1/2-2 years ago it all fell apart. Constant damage to the yard and decline in service. Several times their mower or edging work damaged the grass required an area to be re-sodded. Once they came in the off season, spent literally 5 minutes in the backyard blowing all leaves into the wooded area and neighbor's yard, and then left. I had to go out after them and rake up 6 bags of leaves. All work they were paid to do. Eventually they stopped cutting the shrubs completely unless I told them to, and even then only the absolute minimum amount of work was done. At the end they requested 30 days notice to cancel their service. During that time they did zero trimming of my shrubs. The shrubs had not been touched in 6-8 weeks or more. I told them they would need to be done, so on their last service they did HALF of one area of shrubs and left the other half completely untouched. Lop-sided and deformed. The complete lack of quality in their work is absolutely unreal. Who trims one side of a shrub and leaves the other side un-trimmed? Is that professional? They never should have been allowed to continue for 30 more days and they should have been fired immediately when problems started with them. After being a customer for about 8 years I was left with overgrown and dis-figured shrubs plus damage to my grass that I had to resolve on my own. I can not recommend them at all. I hired a new company and the yard is now the best it has looked in the last 2 years.
