We have 5 Washington Palm trees and 2 Queen palm trees in our backyard. Stumpy's Tree service did a great job on cutting and grind down 5 Washington palm trees and prune 2 Queen palm trees. They are very Professional and friendly. They called to confirm before the day of the service and came on time. They even knock on 5 of my neighbors door to let them know that they are cutting down trees and to have our neighbors move their cars in the garage or park them in the driveway. They have done all 7 trees in one day. At the end of the day the guys let us know that they are done and had cleaned up everything. We've been using Stumpy's since we moved into our home in 2012. Usually every other year. We have a gargantuan lemon tree that grows to about 30 feet and it takes them hours to cut that thing back to a normal size. But it looks perfect! We have many trees that need attention, and the guys are super friendly and nice, hard-working, they clean up as best they can. Everyone is great to work with, and their prices I think are pretty reasonable for the amount of work needed. We'll continue to use them as long as we're living here. read more

10 stars if I could! Stumpy's removed a bunch of trees for us at the end of January and they did such a fabulous job. We had 6 cypresses that were right against a sprinkler valve and they removed them without scratching the irrigation system. Amazing! We also had a large fruitless mulberry in the back, with killer roots and tons of leaves everywhere. Stumpy's crew spent extra time to make sure the job was done right and left the yard incredibly clean. These guys are professional and well worth it. We got 4 bids and they price they quoted us was very competitive. They were the only ones with a real live person answering the phones. We did have to wait for our appointment, since they were booked out a few weeks & they took some time off for the holidays, but it was worth it. Wow! These guys perform, execute, and kick ass! Called them at noon about a tree blown over 2 days prior onto my house at noon. They quoted a price $550 less than a well known competitor. They showed up at 1:55 and turned a 40' honey locust tree into dust which included stump grinding. The trucks left at 2:50. Yep, they finished within an hour and raked and cleaned their mess. This meant I didn't have to schedule a time for them to come over and see it before actually giving me an estimate (one other company wanted to do it this way).
