They were quick, communicative, pleasant, and their quote was competitive. An hour before they were supposed to arrive for the first visit of a recurrence I got a call saying I was out of their territory and they weren't coming. To be clear - not just couldn't commit to coming bi-weekly and having me as a customer - not showing up that day for the appointment they had confirmed. Evidently the person I was speaking to (Krystal) is NOT the same person saying their name is Krystal online. They all just call themselves Krystal, but fake-Krystal wasn't properly trained or supervised. I have to assume their cleaning is awesome to offset such inept management and customer service.
