He quickly and diagnosed the problem. The fan was on back order and they were not sure when they could get a new fan installed. We talked back and forthwith the company . They offered to let me use a spare portable ac unit while waited, which I did not need. Later they offered to install a temporary fan while I waited for the part, I took them up on their offer. The part came in maybe a month later. All during the process they kept me up to date. This is a well run company in my view. I cannot speak to the cost that they charged because the fan motor was under warranty. The labor charges seemed reasonable. I can recommend this company without any reservations.
