Found the breaker working but the condenser fan was not turning. Called Hillenburg just before 3 pm. Pamela answered and said someone would be here by 4 pm. At 3:10, technician Nick came over, looked at the condenser unit and he immediately identified the issue. Nick said he needed to get the part at the office. He left, came back at 4:33 pm and got things fixed just around 5 pm. Nick was very efficient, friendly and very professional. He quickly and diagnosed the problem. The fan was on back order and they were not sure when they could get a new fan installed. We talked back and forthwith the company . They offered to let me use a spare portable ac unit while waited, which I did not need. Later they offered to install a temporary fan while I waited for the part, I took them up on their offer. The part came in maybe a month later. All during the process they kept me up to date. This is a well run company in my view. I cannot speak to the cost that they charged because the fan motor was under warranty. The labor charges seemed reasonable. I can recommend this company without any reservations.
