Made promises and set expectations that were not met multiple times…read more When they finally showed up the technician replaced the. thermostat but that didn't fix the problem. The A/C worked for 3 days and stopped working again. They returned and stated they found the problem and would submit a service request to the warranty company. I waited a week only to find out they never did. They are currently not returning my calls. In short they took my money for a service call and never fixed the problem.

Moore is now Sanders Plumbing and A/C. They were good when Moore had them. now they are to be…read moreavoided. They just finished my yearly A/C maintenance. and they did not follow their checklist. The tech never checked my pressures. he dis a 30 second cleaning of the unit. never checked the drain for blockage, I change my filters all the time. but he never looked at the filter. Needless to say I will not renew this agreement in the fall. My experience says stay away.
