Found the breaker working but the condenser fan was not turning. Called Hillenburg just before 3 pm. Pamela answered and said someone would be here by 4 pm. At 3:10, technician Nick came over, looked at the condenser unit and he immediately identified the issue. Nick said he needed to get the part at the office. He left, came back at 4:33 pm and got things fixed just around 5 pm. Nick was very efficient, friendly and very professional. Kudos and thanks to Hillenburg, to technician Nick, owner Brandon and office person Pamela (Brandon's sister). Best home service customer experience I've had since I moved in this house in 2008. I won't call anyone else for my HVAC. Ever.

Jake who serviced the AC units took the time to check everything over and make some adjustments to airflow to make the house more comfortable. Very pleased with the experience. Same thing with the tankless heater explained what they were going to do and even fixed a drain tube that had come off. This is the second time they have serviced my tankless heater and first time doing the AC I signed up for the yearly maintenance program while they were here.

This amazing husband, wife team was over within an hour of us calling them, found a drain clogged with mud dauber nest leftovers and a malfunctioning thermostat. They gave us a new temporary thermostat, albeit not as fancy as our original one and THEY were sending it back to Honeywell for us. We will get a new one on Honeywell time, whenever that may be. The big news is they are competent and friendly. Best of all, NO CHARGE!!! Would highly recommend using these folks. Best service ever!!

She didn't like that and told me "your shit is not getting fixed today" and hung up on me. Don't even bother with this company. Completely unprofessional and very rude.

Chris Slaton (Owner) came as expected to service and complete a diagnostic on my a/c unit. He was very customer friendly. Well, some weeks past due to a catastrophe in the area. When things were back at a norm, I called to schedule an appt to install a new a/c unit for 5/4/2023. The techs came as scheduled. They ended up destroying the a/c unit's door panel and base board. At the end of the end of the day, the techs declared that Comfort Concepts ordered the wrong part(s) for the a/c unit and would need to reorder replacement parts. Well, a few weeks lapse and I heard NOTHING from this company. Mind you it's May 2023 in Arkansas which can be HOT. I finally called Christie (Ofc Rep) in the office being assertive with her due to the extremely poor communication from this company. Christie informed me that Chris was in search of this part for the a/c and will be picking the part up this day 5/18/2023. Christie also exclaimed that she would call me back later in the day to schedule a time to come by. No one ever called. Now I'm extremely angered. On 5/24/2023, I called Christie and she contacted Chris, begging him to close out the repair ticket and mentioned that he FORGETs a lot. An appt was scheduled for 5/25/2023. Let's see what happens with this unreliable company. This company needs to be reported to Arkansas' Attny General. The amount that I owed that was uncovered by Insurance was $1650, which had to be paid in full prior to the service. How about $1650 was paid in full. The company NEVER issued me a professional receipt of payment. They were given $1000 in cash and $650 via check. No receipt. I was promised a receipt via email by the end of the day, 5/4/2023 and still waiting on it today 5/24/2023. If I could, I'd give this company a 'Minus 3' on stars. CUSTOMERS BEWARE of this Company..... Warning comes before destruction..Hint Hint. UPDATE: 5/25/2023- Comfort Concepts' techs reported to complete their assignment as scheduled. The guys were not customer friendly after the job was completed. One of the techs had the audacity to tell my spouse, "Tell your wife THANKS for the review, and GOOD LUCK with the repairs." What was the tech insinuating? Did I lie when I wrote the review? It's one thing to be truthful and another to lie. Any way, goodbye and good riddance. Thanks for completing your assignment after 3 weeks and all was paid up prior to the service.
