One for the disassemble and one for the reassemble 3 months later. Stu was professional and he surely knows the business. He was fast and efficient with taken my table apart. I paid an extra $70 for a pool table cover. I was told we would receive it the next week, then the week after that, then Stu said he would give us half off and bring to us the next week. I have a 8' table with a one-piece solid slate that is extremely heavy and I needed a professional to move it so I could have new carpet installed. I called Stu and he and his helper were there the very next afternoon. In a matter of just a few minutes he had the table disassembled and neatly stored in my garage and taking up a minimum of space. In the meantime I could still get my car in the garage and the table was out of the way of other contractors I had doing renovations on the house. 10 days later, I was ready to have the table back in the house and for Stu to make some updates he had suggested. He replaced worn out pockets and installed high end felt, which I'm REALLY happy with and now think was definitely worth the extra money. The other cool suggestion Stu made was to raise the table height a few inches with new feet, which my 1970s era table never had, and it's now much easier on my old back to not bend over as much while playing. Total lack of communication with this company. Numerous phone calls and messages left with no return. Emails sent with no replies. I booked online and needed to make changes but no one ever got back to me after several days. How hard is it to send an email or return a call Never again with Stu's. Update: After I cancelled my online appointment I received an email from Stu's explaining that a family emergency was the reason for not getting back to me. I understand that emergencies do happen, I hope this helps the company figure out a better plan to communicate when they do. I sent that email to Stu because of what he sent me. All because of the low rating I gave, he sent me threatening emails telling me to meet him in person. His nasty emails kept coming, if Yelp wants to see them I will forward.
