Had these guys come over and Wall mount my tv as well as wall mounting the left and right speakers and the center speaker of my Bose system. They also set up the wireless left and right speakers. Outstanding company! After doing online research and viewing STV's web site, I called and spoke with the owner, Jim. The existing AV system was overly complex, had outdated gear, hard to operate, and lost access to streaming services (Netflix). Jim took quite a bit of time diagnosing over the phone and carefully assigned homeowner duties so as not to blow out the budget. Michael came out and made substantial improvements based on our preferences, including: o Installed new Spectrum boxes o Delivered and installed Roku 4K devices for Netflix access. Also, set up logins and account access o Replaced old outdate router w/ new mesh router o Cleaned up cables/wiring, which were a complete mess o Replaced a fixed TV wall mount, with one that was adjustable, greatly improving the view-ability within the room o Reduced reliance on Universal Remote, making things much simpler o Ensured other devices (iPad, notebook, Echo) integrated and worked properly Michael was thorough, knowledgable, and asked all the right questions before making changes. The senior technician (Michael Rojas) that came to install my 65 inch Samsung QLED TV (a difficult install on a rock fireplace) as well as a 75 inch TLC in my bedroom, came the day of and was skilled, knowledgeable, flexible, kind, and honest. For example, his drill ran out of power and he did not charge me for the time it took him to recharge his power drill. They came out immediately assessed what we needed to do, they ordered all of the parts, and the next day and came back to install. I needed to have a large TV mounted in my living room and I called STV to have the work done. I was pleasantly surprised that a person took my call rather than leaving a message on a recorded line. I spoke with Dennis who was very helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous and he completely understood my situation. He was able to provide me with an estimate over the telephone and advised that he could have two technicians to my home that afternoon to install my TV. The technicians Andrew and Joe came to my home at the time promised by Dennis and I received a call from the technicians ahead to confirm their attendance. Andrew is very knowledgeable in the area of AV and answered all my questions in a professional and courteous manner. Andrew was also able to provide me with other AV options to consider in the future which was very helpful and much more than I expected from a technician. Andrew and Joe installed the television and ensured that the television and AV receiver were working properly and to my satisfaction as they had to reprogram the equipment. Andrew was also able to get my subwoofer working properly as it had not work properly for years. My AV system works the best it ever has. I found this company on Yelp and have been very happy with their service. I own a vacation rental property which means everything needs to be up and running and, if an issue arises, time must be of the essence. I have had various issues with a specific tv remote but Mike has always come out very quickly to get things resolved. He has even fielded calls from my guests and walked them through various questions about my system. I had to use STV two more times. The 65" set I bought at COSTCO, although professionally installed by STV, was too complicated and inconvenient to use, so I returned it and bought a different brand. Radu, the installer once again did a professional installation, and was on time, friendly and easy to deal with. Unfortunately the sound went out on this TV, two days later. Obviously a manufacturer's issue. The picture was fine. Once again I returned the set to COSTCO, but decided to go to another retailer and buy a different brand. I called STV and the sent Radu over and once again another fine, timely an professional installation. I really thought that I would not need there services again or if I did, not for some time. We went to a retailer over Labor Day weekend to buy a water filter for out refrigerator. I made the mistake of straying into the TV area. The prices were very hard to ignore, and so I bought a new set for my office/den. After bringing the new set home, I called STV expecting that the installation could not happen until after Labor Day. I was pleasantly surprised when Dennis told me that STV could install that day, and Radu was available. The process became a little more confused when my wife wanted the set in my office/den moved to another room. Once again we got a professional and timely installation, and Radu accomplished the relocation of my old set, to another room, and that pleased my wife. I try not to recommend anything to anyone, because it can only get you in trouble. However, I am confident in making this recommendation. read more

STV went and picked it up and brought it to my home and hooked it up, set up all the programs and then spent time making sure I was comfortable using all the features. After trying to install my new television with a friend, I realized I needed help! I called STV on a Sunday evening and they were closed, so I left a message for them to call me back the next morning. I found a voicemail on my phone from the owner later that evening. He told me that I could have someone the very next day to hang my new TV!! I was just about to call them on Monday, when the owner called me! We made arrangements for Irvin to come out that morning. Irvin arrived on time, hung my TV, and installed a sound bar. I was short a cable, so Irvin came back with the correct one, and completed the job at no extra charge! He showed me everything I needed to know about the operation of my tv and sound bar. I highly recommend this company for all your TV and audio needs. The customer service is extraordinary. I had my entire condo wired for sound and TV's in every room. The original company disappeared and there was very little that worked. STV can in and hung new TV's, repaired the sound system, installed speakers on the deck and taught a technologically challenged person how to use a smart TV. All done for a very reasonable amount by one of the most knowledgeable and patient technicians I have ever worked with. After several years of trying to correct all of the problems I was having with the initial wiring and installation, their Tech Mike Braddy fixed it all and made sure we understood and could troubleshoot all of the new equipment. We'd just moved into a new home in Indio and we wanted to have a big screen TV hung in our bedroom. We called a few installers, and decided to go with STV. They were the most professional on the phone. Our installer arrived on time. Radu knew just what he was doing. Our home presented some unusual problems, and he had to go out to the hardware to get some tools. He returned and finished the job. He never charged us for his hardware store run, and he helped talk me through what he'd done. He gave me his card and told me to call if we had any problems. STV has outstanding service! I recently moved and needed help getting my televisions mounted, and my home audio system set up. I called STV and was immediately greeted by a pleasant, cheerful voice which I believe set the tone for my experience. She asked a few questions, and was able to schedule a technician come out the same day to perform a free site survey. The technician was clean cut, arrived ON TIME (I have spent hours waiting on technicians that never show up or call, so this is a VERY big deal for me). The technician surveyed what needed to be done, and gave me an estimate, not only was he knowledgeable, as well as prepared, he also made suggestions on how I could maximize my existing system. He hung my flat screen TV's, set up my satellite, hooked up my surround sound, added my DVD player then integrated it with a very nice universal remote I purchased from them. We needed some specialty installation work done in our RV. The tech was 45 minutes late - with no call and showed up with no supplies or equipment. He told me the fellow that normally does this was not back until that night. Again, no call from the company to advise us of this.
