Just go to a medical doctor's office or else you can and will be seriously hurt and no she does not care about you. This happened after just one session and I could feel that they were doing way too much. I tried to push their hand away and they kept lasering. The cold hammer to the head can cause serious health issues and she held it to my temple for several minutes causing the most pain possible. I was not educated on the risks, because if I had been I wouldn't have done it. Simply put, CHOOSE ANOTHER because this has cost me way more than one session at any other place times 3. And the work was the worst I've ever seen. I've never been botched before. I understand promotions change, but there was no transparency that a significantly better offer was coming so soon. When I raised this concern, no effort was made to address it or offer any adjustment. The treatment itself was fine, but the pricing practices left a bad impression and cost them a repeat customer.

I get there only to discover that she would not see me due to a mistake that SHE made! She said she needed my x-rays. It was then revealed based on what was found via my mychart that she had them. She then tells me that she usually does her surgeries at an entirely different location other than the one that she normally sends me to. The problem is the email and text message she sent the day before never solidified that. So, the scheduled surgery that was supposed to be done was not due to reasons that were not even made clear. Now she intends to make me wait for however long. Her communication skills are immensely and unequivocally the worst that I have ever seen!
