I emailed and heard back quickly confirming the date and time I had requested and also received a text the day before to confirm the appointment. I was greeted immediately and since I was early he asked if I would wait while he finished up with the lady he was already talking too. They have a large waiting room so I sat and within a few minutes he called me back up. You fill out a quick form, pick your jewelry and Russell takes you right back. He is fantastic and his personality will quickly eliminate any nerves or fear you have. He takes the time to explain his process step by step and then it's over! I contacted Tattoo Bill's regarding some tattoos I'm wanting to remove. Frank was quick to respond to my email inquiry and answered all of my questions. He was even able to give me an accurate quote based off photos. The day of my first appointment he was prompt and friendly. He explained everything clearly and answered any remaining questions I had. His office set up is very nice as well. Very bright and clean. The whole shop is, really. It's all laid out well and super clean. I was very impressed. Frank seems to have a lot of experience and has both Q switch and Picosure laser machines. He did a few quick zaps to let me get the feel of the laser before doing the full tattoo, which I appreciated. It's not the most pleasant feeling, of course, but it's bearable and over quickly. I was honestly surprised that the healing process hasn't been bad. The first day or so felt like a mild sunburn and since then, it has been a vague itching sensation now and then. I look forward to continuing treatments and finally getting rid of the tattoos I no longer want on my body. My second tattoo was a on-the-whim decision with respect to timing but it's been an idea I have had in mind for awhile, especially in today's dating / work / general life climate. I went to two other artists who couldn't bring my vision to life. However, Kayla at Tattoo Bills got the job done & got it done right. The scheduling beforehand made me feel comfortable with the location. Kenny was professional, patient & kind on the phone as well as his emails. He worked hard to consider his employees' calendars as well as my time (visiting from out of town). When I arrived, they allowed my best friend to bring her kids and we went with Kayla. Kayla was equally as patient & kind when hearing my concerns & wants for my tattoo. She also did not make me feel judged for wanting to see the tattoo in different sizes or even when I wanted to call & tell my mom before I got it (that's just our relationship). At that point, I felt more than comfortable sitting in her chair and allowing her to do my tattoo. Can't wait to go back for my next one! First time here because I promised my son to get his ears pierce. And that's what he wanted for Christmas. It's best to call to set an appointment instead of emailing them. I did that before and they didn't get back to me until 3 days later. Because of the crazy Christmas holiday. They closed early Friday the 31st.. So the next available appt is Tues.. You walked in. You can see it's spacious and clean. Hand sanitizing stations every where. Note: the staffs are not masks. And from what I know. The ones that's not masked are vaccinated. The piercing area is separate from the tattooing dept.. And it even have their own entrance. Our guy was quick and follow thru. He's very clean and patient. My son got both of his ear lobes pierced. So it come to $60 with the earrings. And I had to tip him $20 because it went sooo smoothly.. Somehow which I'm not surprised, my son lost the earrings backing within an hour of getting his ears done. It was easy to come back in the next door to get his ear "re-pierced". And have new backing of earring put back in.. I wouldn't mind getting some more piercing either for him or myself.. and this is the place I would go and even recommended. read more

Wonderful experience getting our 6 month old daughters ears pierced. All the staff were very welcoming. The shop is an old Cici's pizza but if you never knew that you could never tell. With that said, it's huge in there but very very clean. The recommendation of Russell was spot on as he was great. He definitely had a great sense of humor, one that allows you to relax your nerves and put the pressure on him. When I made the appointment he told me it would take about 30 mins max and that's exactly how long it took from check in to check out. One thing to note is they do not accept cash but there is an ATM inside and a state employees cash point atm across the street. The piercing with the basic jewelry is $60 regardless of size but if you think your child may be allergic to metals based of parents reaction they suggest getting the 14K gold which is what we did. That was $120 regardless of size. If you are looking for a place to get a piercing that uses a needle and not a gun and especially for a child, I would definitely recommend Russell at Tattoo Bills read more

I had my own design and Jeff took that design and brought it to life. I had a shoulder cap already and he worked around it. The end result was even better than I imagined!! I got my first tattoo on my 18th birthday- the staff made me feel welcome, calm, and important. Each time I went here I felt safe and heard. My only complaint is that the minimum is $80. The entire place is so spacious and clean with very friendly and personable staff. I signed my paperwork and picked my jewelry and they were able to take me minutes later. Me and my best friend came in for matching tattoos. Trent drew it based off the Pinterest photo attached. The skeleton with red flowers was done by Trent and the the skeleton on the ankle was done by Jasmine. I told them I didn't care how it looked as long as it looked pretty and they did a damn good job. Let the pictures speak for themselves. On a whim I decided to get a new tattoo, walked in and they were able to work me in to their busy schedule. The place is very clean and everyone was very professional. I came out very pleased with the work and paid a very reasonable price. They have a very family friendly atmosphere, someone had a profanity laden shirt on and was asked to leave while I was waiting. I came in with an open mind but I did have some ideas to memorialize family members who had passed. These flowers represent the birth month of those family members. My first tattoo artists had to leave the state for some personal business and wasn't able to make it. And that is totally fine. Family comes before your job, no big deal.
