It seems their offices operate the same, so any of their locations and any of their staff seem to be on par with each other. They add scents with essential oils. I was not sure if everything would be unscented, that was not the case at all. They do have unscented options if you are into that. I am currently trying out their shampoo, soap, and laundry pods. They have been great products.
