She began by asking me all the right questions, took her time as she was asking me. I like it because she wanted to make sure it was done how I liked it, however I also let my stylist do things they feel looks good too. I had no issues trusting Laura and my hair style was perfect. Be aware they reuse shears, brushes, foils etc after being dropped on the ground more than one time without discarding or sanitizing them. Hair stylist also don't wash hands after having multiple clients at once and going back and forth between clients and reuse dirty capes on clients without properly disposing them after each use. The owner as well is unprofessional and will rudely belittle customers over the phone and won't offer refunds even if they are in the wrong for messing client's hair. I lost out on a $300.00 service for a stylist who rushed my appointment and received no proper consultation before appointment end results lead to me being displeased with services and the manager wouldn't offer me a new stylist to redo the work or a refund. Be aware of using the new stylist Tony very inexperienced outdated techniques. My outcome results were hot roots, uneven hair cut, and highlights that prior would bleed through foils. I won't be returning even though I have been a loyal customer for 3 years. I went to Belt salon where they fixed the problem and use updated techniques that minimize damage in hair and prices that make it worth it. This has been reported to BBB.
