Sandi was super adorable and sweet with gentle hands. She was definitely trying to make my experience a good one. I got a shampoo cut and style. I must say the shampoo basins were the most comfortable I've ever been in, so no after neck pain which was a plus. She cut my hair first then shampooed and blew dry my hair. My only problem was I wanted more layers which I asked for after she was done because the layers were long and they just fell flat. She did try her best to accommodate my request and added a bit more but you only see them on the ends. I'm thankful I got a decent cut. $70+ is pricey but I guess nowadays it's the going rate.

Back to my experience- I met Jen and she became my stylist. She does wonderful cuts and the color job she did to restore my natural color is still looking amazing after almost two years! My only issue was the price of the services are based on the skill of the stylist and the amount of time. So since I was with a master stylist my blowout should have been $75 opposed to the $55 that I paid and the $45 that is advertised on their price list. I will have to take a look at the price list to see if there is a running scale on the prices advertised. I questioned the price and the stylist was polite in explaining how everything is calculated. I probably won't be back because I can't afford $75 blowouts every week. I like to have my hair blown out every week so I look for more aggressive pricing.
