My first time here was nothing short of perfect (blowout for my wedding, see previous review) and this go-around, I had my celebratory Covid cut and colo, again with Samantha who is simply awesome. She does whatever she can to make you comfortable and satisfied with your hair and I love the end result. Everyone in there is masked up and socially distanced. The salon is bright and beautiful. I left 2 messages on their answering machine once I heard that phrase 2 would open the following week, to book an appointment. I never received a call back. I called the Tuesday when phase 2 went into effect, I was greeted by a obnoxious, arrogant women called Genevie. I proceeded to tell her I would like to make an appointment with Paula, and I had left 2 messages, but no one returned the call. She told me, "consider this your call back". REALLY, I called you she laughed and thought it was a joke. I then asked to speak with Paula, " Sorry she's with a client". Rhen she said do you want to make an appointment or not. She gave me an appointment for over 3 weeks later, today June 25, at 5pm. To top it all off I went there today, at my schedule time and the place is closed I will never go back there again.
