It's kind if a small, hole in the wall if you will, nail salon. It's definitely dated, vintage kinda feel but dont be judgmental! . Anywhere else would charge me 30/35 for just solid color acrylic.

Horrible pedicure experience at Nan Nail Salon in New Hartford, NY. The "basic" spa pedicure costs…read more$50, plus an additional $30 charge for gel with French polish, which would be acceptable if the quality matched the price. Unfortunately, the staff appeared poorly trained, and communication was extremely difficult due to limited English proficiency, making even simple requests or feedback nearly impossible. I asked multiple times and ways for options for the base color of my manicure and no one could understand me until the owner came over to interpret. There was little interest in customer experience or service quality, and the overall appointment was very unpleasant. For the prices being charged, I expected far better professionalism, attention to detail, and customer care.

I was impressed my the cleanliness and services offered at Miracle Nails. The layout is very spacious and the customer service is good. On one side of the salon are 10 spa pedicure chairs and the opposite side features nail tables. Additionally, there are other portions of the salon for chair massages, waxing, and separate types of pedicures. In the middle of the salon are two sofas for waiting and candy bowls on display. As one waits, they can choose their polish color(s). The woman who greeted us on the way in was kind enough to pull up a seat for me next to my cousin. It was very nice of her to seat us together when she could've just had me waiting on the sofa. I also thought it was awesome that Linda gave my cousin a 5 minute neck and upper back massage toward the end of her manicure. This is definitely a nice touch. If I lived in this area and my daughter wasn't my manicurist, I would absolutely enjoy services at Miracle Nails.
