I was impressed my the cleanliness and services offered at Miracle Nails. The layout is very spacious and the customer service is good. On one side of the salon are 10 spa pedicure chairs and the opposite side features nail tables. Additionally, there are other portions of the salon for chair massages, waxing, and separate types of pedicures. In the middle of the salon are two sofas for waiting and candy bowls on display. As one waits, they can choose their polish color(s). The woman who greeted us on the way in was kind enough to pull up a seat for me next to my cousin. It was very nice of her to seat us together when she could've just had me waiting on the sofa. I also thought it was awesome that Linda gave my cousin a 5 minute neck and upper back massage toward the end of her manicure. This is definitely a nice touch. If I lived in this area and my daughter wasn't my manicurist, I would absolutely enjoy services at Miracle Nails.

She dismissed me and my group of friends, was passive aggressive and then refused to service us because we were disappointed with her attitude and behavior, which we vocalized to the owner, hoping we could receive service from someone else or improve service for future customers. Tina and the owner even told us as customers that "we might not get what we want", and to sum it up, "since we know everything to do it ourselves, since we're professionals."My friends and I were unsatisfied with her waxing/nails. I'm paying you for your services, I'd hope that I'd be able to get the service I'm paying for. But Tina made it very clear that she wasn't receptive to what we wanted as customers and that it was her way or no way. There was no communication that we weren't gonna get service, the owner was trying to non-confrontally push us out. He then hovered over us at the atm and inside the store, making it feel like it was racially motivated. We were on first name basis but because Tina was "frightened" by us, it changed the way we we're being perceived. I'm disappointed because this spot was so nice, until it wasn't.
