I'm not sure about the hygiene of the place, as they don't seem to clean out the pedicure chair tubs after each use, and I don't see any barbicide anywhere. They were very busy and rushed through our pedicures. Hopefully I don't get any kind of infection or fungus from re-used equipment that is seemingly only rinsed in the sink. She didn't use a top coat, and my polish slid off, even after she fixed it, there's still a spot missing. I also asked to use the restroom and it was down a long dark hallway, cluttered with odds and ends and the bathroom door is just open, so you do your business with the hope of no one coming down the hall. Maybe I am just used to the big city life, but this place could use some improvement. Otherwise, they were very nice and accommodating. Edit: Make sure your bring cash or check, as they do not take cards and it is NOT posted. I had to walk 5 blocks to find an ATM.

At this time I see her take all the utensils and puts them in the sink where she is washing them off but seems in no rush to get to us at all and says nothing either. We had to be to an event at a certain time that day and at this point we had already waited almost 45 minutes. We opted to leave and I told the lady we could not wait or we were gonna now be late. We left without our pedicures and we're so disappointed. This was supposed to be a fun girls weekend. I told the lady that if she would have given us a different time or told us she could not get us in we could have gone somewhere else or come earlier. The other concern that I had was with cleanliness. I am guessing she was gonna turn around and use the tools on us since she was washing in sink. If I am not mistaken those are supposed to be soaked overnight in chemicals. She had all kinds of used towels and clutter all over. I will not recommend or ever go back again too bad there isn't another nail place close.

The man doing my pedicure spent most of the time on his ear-bud phone and was obviously distracted. When he was done he just told me to sit and leave in 10 minutes. When I looked at my feet there was polish on my skin and one nail was completely smudged. The poor lady employee next to me tried to fix it the best she can. When I went to pay the man was at the register and I expressed my dissatisfaction. We crabbed at me that I should have let him know! Well I never saw him after he was "done" so pretty hard to let him know. He was very unfriendly and I just needed to leave at that point. Since we were walk in got there around 2 pm on a Friday and then were told to come back around 4 pm which was fine, then we came back and waited until 5:20 pm to get seated and started, I was with a group of my self and my two sisters so it's fine that we were last. The actual process of doing the nails was great they listened to our preferences on length and shape of our nails. The quality of prepping the nails was excellent however they used the electric sander on the bare nails which kind stung and they did nick some of my cuticles with it causing some skin damage which I wasn't happy with but it heals back. It is a good size shop with plenty of chairs, clean environment and friendly service. We were all happy with our organic pedicures and regular manicures.
