I was referred to Stephanie by a client and was hesitant because I live so far, but after my first visit she was ABSOLUTELY worth the drive!! The entire salon staff is so friendly and accommodating that they make you feel like one of their own. Stephanie was extremely knowledgeable and spent a good chunk of my first appointment educating me on ways to keep my hair healthy, and what she was going to do different to make my jet black hair look more like a natural dirty blonde. I love Steffanie's Salon.. it is a warm and inviting environment.. beautiful and clean.. sheand her staff take the time to understand your wants, needs, and lifestyle.. whether you have the time to spend hours on your hair to get ready or whether you are a wash and go type of person! .. I am a wash and go type of person and she has tailored my cut and color so that on most days it looks like I just stepped out of the salon.. She truly is very knowledgeable, talented colorist, and cutter who always knows what to do to make us look beautiful and to give us that boost. She truly is the very best at what she does. The experience of seeing her salon before, gutted and after is truly amazing. The hard work and dedication she has put into her salon is out of this world. It is beautiful, relaxing and inviting. Steffanie has been my hair stylist for about six years. She is the only stylist that ever did exactly what I wanted her to do with my hair! She is amazing at cuts and color...knows exactly what works/looks best for her clients. I completely trust Steffanie, so much so that when she asks me what I want to do with my color/cut, I tell her whatever she thinks is good. Steffanie makes great suggestions, while taking into account my likes/dislikes and my inept hair styling abilities. Steffanie has also done my daughters hair for years....she is great with kids! Who would believe that you would find the quality and professionalism in a local salon that you would in the greater Boston area but Stylz by Steffanie is just that and less expensive too! From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted by a stylist (Kellee is my go-to girl) and as you look around you see an updated friendly atmosphere. But wait, it gets better. Her shampoos alone are to die for, but she has done a great job coloring and blowdrying my curly sometimes difficult hair. I have sent my teenage daughter to her for prom dos and she has lived up to my/our expectations with that as well. Can't say enough! read more

I LOVE this place!!! The salon has an upscale look without the uptight atmosphere. Steffanie and Kellee are so friendly and accommodating. Steff is my regular stylist & she does an amazing job every time, I always look forward to my cut & foil! Kellee has done my hair as well, she gave me a keratin treatment which was great, my hair looked phenomenal after. I switched to Steffanie 1 year ago. I had been with the same hair stylist for 10 years ... I hadn't been happy for about 2 years when I left. Suffice it to say, I receive compliments on my hair cut and style every day. I am not making this up. I ride the commuter rail into Boston and never fail to get a compliment either on the train or at work. She does it all! She will get as creative ( my daughters multi colored highlights) or as simple as a great cut, not that great cuts are simple! I like going there to be pampered and getting tips on how to take care of my hair while I'm at home. We all need to stay on top of the new trends and she does this for me so I don't have to. Stephanie, is a wonderful stylist, I have been going to her for years !! Way back when she worked in Braintree. She will do anything u ask, and a few times I have said surprise me and I was never sorry. Her whole staff is a nice welcome pleasure when you walk in to her salon it feels like a salon on Newbery st nut with out all the snobbery.
