I was so sad when he left though happy for his next adventure. I was randomly placed with Heather and I have to say, it was kismet and I absolutely adore her! She's great with color and does well in guiding me; especially when I come in with the most vague concepts or am unsure of what I would exactly like to do (probably every hairdressers nightmare, but she is a great sport and so very patient and collaborative with me). She took me at 12:55 and was done by 1:15. I don't think I got the deep conditioning treatment I paid for but I'm happy with the cut and the comfort knowing I feel good. I'd definitely consider returning for the quality trusted cut but nothing really special. Then again a good hairdresser is hard to find.

I ended up getting a credit for the bio ionic service, since it was discovered that perhaps it was the product that was the issue. I decided not to go forward with any other straightening services at this time as I didn't want my hair to fall out. So they put me with another stylist Carolyn. She was excellent. She listened to exactly what I wanted and I showed her pictures and she achieve the perfect look I had in my mind. I would like to thank the owner Christine for making sure that I was satisfied as well. I will definitely be back because of the quality of products used and customer service.

Then, they figure it out and a nice lady (Danine) volunteers to help out and fit me in which I really appreciated. She did a good job overall except I would have appreciated if I was informed that beards were out of her comfort zone beforehand. No big deal again but I actually felt bad for her since the lighting in the space was awful and she was still trying her best to work around it. The entire place seemed old, out-of-shape, and poorly managed. I do not plan on going here again but want to really clarify my problem is/was not with the stylist.
