The chef and owner are super nice and very informative about their dishes. If you are a fan of spice you have to try their chef-recommended dish. They had one dish topped with pancetta and I just about wanted to lick my bowl clean. Everyone in the group was raving how delicious it was. Egg will forever be on my must-have when visiting Rome.
