The staff are so nice and encouraging. The workouts are hard but so worth it. I have become stronger and more flexible. I feel more energized everyday and feel better overall. I have rescheduled 3 times because the floats were out of service due to motor repairs. The last call I received to reschedule now SEPTEMBER was told that it takes a couple of weeks for the repair to be completed. My question is if it takes a couple of weeks why didnt you tell me that the 1st time I rescheduled? They also called me to "schedule" an appointment the 2nd time because apparently their system had a glitch and I wasn't on the schedule and the motors for the floats were down. Anyways I finally arrive for my appt on Saturday and I have never felt so UNDERVALUED. No one welcomed me at all once the girl came back from the back with a customer. She did tell the man she was with that shes new.. ok we've all been there l. But out comes one of the employees who does botox from the back to find me on the schedule and I wasn't there for Saturday but I was there for Sunday. Once I asked if i can schedule for today cause Sunday i won't be able to she shrugged and said sorry all booked, give me a bitter look and chuckled. I told her I was gonna be out of town and the look she gave me was like well that's not my problem. Since she didnt ask if I could reschedule all she did was stare I started soooo can I reschedule? It won't be till a month later. She stood up and had the receptionist take over. Definitely lack etiquette on her part. Made me feel unwelcome, unvalued and actually unwanted there. My incredible wife has been complaining about wrinkles on her forehead. So we decided to go ahead and try. Already a few days later we can tell a huge difference. As you walk in, the lobby is bright and clean. They have a water dispenser right as you walk into the back. They also have a fridge with beverages to purchase. I decided to do a room without a shower and it was plenty big with a TV in the room where you can select your ambiance music. Sydney the manager was very informative and explained everything in details. The sauna it self was set to 140 degrees, you can make it higher if you like but it was suggested to keep it as is since it was my first time. The sessions are 49 mins long. I loved decompressing while enjoying therapeutic music. I was surprised how much I sweat out. At the end, there's a cold towel waiting on the shelf for you to wipe yourself down. It has a nice scent with essential oil. They have a membership program and I was told it's easy cancellation. I'm definitely contemplating getting one of their membership since I did feel the benefits afterwards.

1 star strictly because of the hours…read more The staff are great and the gym itself is solid, so this has nothing to do with the people working here. The only reason for this review is how early this location closes. I understand that hours can vary by location, but many gyms have gone back to 24-hour access or at least significantly later hours. Because of the limited schedule here, this location ends up competing with gyms that are rated poorly specifically because of restricted access. A lot of my buddies in law enforcement, along with plenty of other people who work long shifts, cannot realistically use this gym even though it is often only 10 minutes from where they live or work. Instead, they are forced to drive 30 minutes to Highlands Ranch or even farther to Aurora just to get a workout in. I work 12-16 hour shifts myself and use the gym to decompress after work, so it is frustrating to get off and realize this location is already closed or about to close. The gym itself deserves far better than a 1-star review. I would gladly update this to 5 stars if there are plans to extend the hours, even if only by a little.
