Since posting my review several things happened that changed my opinion about Mr.Sua's law firm. Sylvia called acme and asked to provide very detailed feedback why I felt that way (that they did not care about clients). I provided detailed description of what happened especially during first 6-9 months of the process when Virginia was the paralegal I was working with. Sylvia told me that they reviewed Virginia's performance and had to fire her immediately for dragging all her cases. That's when Sylvia took my case and it finally started to move forward. She was very apologetic and assured me that Mr.Sua values his clients very much, that's why he hired Sylvia to supervise work of paralegals and check their performance. For that reason they also created customer care team that checks clients' satisfaction with services. Sylvia offered to review my case again including billing and return the portion of money that should've been not billed in the first place. The next day Mr.Sua called me and apologized for not meeting my expectations and being unaware of problems created by previous paralegal, Virginia. He assured that he really stand for his clients. I had a meeting with Sylvia in few days. I saw her for the first time and I had a great impression. She was very apologetic, she provided answers to remaining questions that I had. I had a feeling that she and Mr.Sua we're very genuine. Sylvia gave me a check with a portion of money I paid. To tell the truth I was pleasantly surprise how Sylvia and Mr.Sua handled my harsh criticism. This office has horrible communication and customer service. They don't really care about your case. Like most attorneys, the just want your money and don't care about you or helping you win your case. They do not keep you updated on your case. Everything is last minute with them and they like to blame you for everything. They do not prep you for mediation or court. You are on you own to figure things out. The owner is too busy drinking and partying with family and friends and posting his unprofessionalism on Instagram. And he's too busy playing in his band. I am going through a contentious divorce that, unfortunately, has led to a drawn out trial. I never been in an accident before in my life until I was T-boned at an intersection because a lady was texting on her phone.
